THREE nights later.

Puca stared at the ground.

His wrists were still shackled from the roof, his ankles to the ground.

His face at all times eloquent with a sullen expression.

Catra had pinned his hair back in, as she called it, Half up half down.

'....circe...Danaë.....Apologies are just words spoken out of guilt....But what is guiding me to do this if not the same reason? Shame? Perhaps remorse?...I'm not sure I understand...'

'Trust me, baby brother....You weren't yourself long enough to understand. I do not forgive you, we will let our descendent do away with your punishment. But when you arrive in Rhys' land of death, we shall welcome you as a family...'

Puca gaze shoots to the transparent figure of Harmonia.

'I.....There are so many things I want to say to you. But I know that there is nothing in this world that could make up for the damage I have done. Although I am scarely apologetic.' He admitted.

'Say as you must, Perseus, but Catra is on her way. Lilith too. I will see you again.' And with that, she vanishes.

On queue, the stairs are revealed from behind two velvety red curtains.

Catra and Lilith make their way down.

His gaze returns to the stone floor.

He hears the door swinging open with a metallised creak.

The women are silent as they approach him, his eyes stare at the pointed  golden toe of Catras heels.

'What was your reason..?'

It's Lilith who asks.

'I wanted them to feel pain. Euphemia tried to run. She failed miserably. I have no other reason then enjoyment'

Catra watches as Liliths face contorts momentarily.

'Call the council forth, I think we need to decide his punishment now.' Lilith whispers, voice like a knife scraping across ice.

And so Catra did.

~~~~~~~~~~~
Catra wasn't sure to expect when she stepped into Solux, the castle of light.
But she most definitely had not thought of maids and manservants standing in two neat rows, bowing to her.
'We respectfully greet the Lady of light in her Kingdom Of Exalos.' One says.
Catra smiled and curtseyed back to them, clearly confusing them.
'Alright then.......May I have a tour?' She asks after a moment.
Two of the aurae maids fluttered forward in a soft breeze.
She quickly read their nametags; Doris and Aethra.
'We shall show you the palace layout, follow us" Aethra announced, and Doris nodded along absent mindedly.
Catra followed the air nymphs up the bifurcated staircase to a long lavish corridor with ancient paintings adorning the left walls between each window.
'In the corridors all doors have labels for whats inside!' Doris pointed to the oak doors in between paintings on the right walls.
'Well that will be handy' Catra smiles at Doris who beams back at her.
It isn't long before the tour is done, and Catra enters her bedroom.
She doesn't have much time, she needs to return home soon to aid her people in repairing her Empire.
Every muscle in her body aches.
She's regretting coming here today, walking around the entire palace had done nothing to help her migraine and sore joints.
So she tugged off her dress, threw off her shoes, and dived under the duvet into the soft heaven of the bed.
It isn't long before she's asleep.
~~~~~~~~~~

Angella watches from her balcony.

She can see Perfuma regrowing burnt and bombed lands, and Mermista was refilling the dried out lakes. Glimmer and Bow were rebuilding fallen structures.

Entrapta was busy fixing the electricity, seeing as it had cut out after Puca had begun the battle.

Micah, Aeris and Castaspella were helping with a bit of everything with their magic.

Angella sighs, and drifts away into her room.

The war had been won.

Micah was alive.

Glimmer was alive.

No need for anymore worrying about the Horde for a long time.

She looks at the letter on her desk.

It's from Catra.

She's asking if Adora could stay with her for a while.

Angella will allow it if Adora agrees.

God, when did life get so easy?

Angella strutted out of her room and through the corridors until she ended up outside Adoras room.

Just before she knocked, the girl opened it and the two stared awkwardly at each other.

'Catra has offered you to stay with her for a while if you would like' The winged queen blurts out, holding out the letter for proof.

'Sure...I'll pack a bag now'

Adora vanishes into the room, leaving Angella alone in the corridor for a moment.

When she comes back out, she has a rucksack thrown over her shoulder and her hair down.

Together, they walk through the castle to the bridge.

Swiftwind was already waiting, throwing his hair back in dramatic motions.

Adora bid goodbye to Angella, and clambered onto the alicorns back.

She took one last glance over brightmoon.

Over Glimmer and Bow squabbling good naturedly in the distance.

She smiled.

She had her sun. She had her moon. She had her stars and planets and echoing Galaxies. And that was all she needed. And iti was all she ever had.

And it was everything and everyone she adored.
