Anyone who knows Arya Jackson for more than five minutes knows her opinion of the world, and demigods not so fair place in it. Unfortunately, since the war Arya isn't that easy to get to know. To most she's little more than a legend.

Night Two
SHE LIKED THAT PEOPLE DIDN'T QUESTION HER ORDERS. As soon as the city name of Charleston left her mouth Leo was punching in the coordinates and the ship was subtly changing directions. Any of the arguments could be left to the others.
Arya was fine other than her minor scrapes that she hardly felt and the extreme muscle fatigue that her legs would surly scream at her about for days. It was embarrassing being on her knees in front of the others fighting to do a simple enough task as breathing. Anyone who had been around her long enough knew the weakest aspect of her fitness was her cardio.
Percy had regained enough of his composure to start telling the story. Both Arya and Frank interjected whenever his story started to go in a meaningless direction or a fact wasn't quite correct.
When asked what was in Charleston, Percy seemed to have a far more clear answer than she did. The Mark of Athena. He looked at Annabeth when he said it. She didn't look back at him. Instead she looked over Arya's shoulder directly at Ace.
Apparently the two of them had been talking.
The Mark of Athena.
The memory clicked. Arya did know about this. Annabeth had told Arya when she ran into her mother a few weeks ago, not as Athena but her counterpart Minerva. A sore subject considering she was significantly less powerful than her Roman aspect. Arya had seen this at the war council but all the gods fighting with themselves was overwhelming and she couldn't say that Athena as Minerva particularly stood out.
If there had been any other revelations besides Minerva issuing the absurd challenge to avenge her, then Arya hadn't heard it. She wasn't going to blame Annabeth though, none of them hardly had a free second the last few days.
Jason, who had been to Charleston a while back, gave the group two possible options to look into. The harbor at Battery Park and the museum where an old ship was put. The boys, minus Percy, decided to take on the museum. The girls, minus Arya, decided to take on Battery park. Arya wasn't thrilled that the two groups were going to be walking around on Land but Annabeth seemed to think that Gaia wouldn't be able to do much. It was an argument Arya would lose and so she conceded before it could start.
At least Percy and Arya were able to get a break tomorrow. She would use the time to make phone calls back to camp and organize her head a little bit.
With some more debate they decided to take the long way to Charleston in order to lose the Legion that was still intently following them. The risk was worth the reward if those eagles could get off their asses.
