OPENING UP
LEO LEAD THEM TO THE DRAGON. Piper stayed behind Arya in case they had any more unwanted visitors.
"It's going to take me a minute or two to finish up with Festus." Leo said, wiping his hands on his pants.
Arya waved him off and told him to start while she put Jason down. Piper was next to her in an instant, turned around, keeping a lookout.
"Leo, got any nectar and bandages?"
WIthout a word he tossed Arya both. She grabbed them out of the air. Piper handed her some ambrosia and Arya went to work. She pulled water from the snow and cleaned off the blood from Jason's head. She forced him to chew another half square of ambrosia before lifting his head and dropping half a cup of nectar down his throat. The gash was starting to heal but Arya had been hit on her head there before, he would probably have a nasty concussion, and unless Zeus' children have a way to heal themselves she didn't know about, it had no way of going away.
"I'm sorry I can't do more. I healed him the best I could but I'm not an Apollo kid, I don't have the magic to heal him completely."
"What you did was more than enough. Any chance you'd be willing to teach me?" Piper asked.
"Anytime. Although teaching medicine isn't something I've done before. I normally stick to fighting."
"Alright let's climb on board guys!" Leo called.
Arya picked Jason back up and handed him to Leo, despite how little the mechanic was he seemed to have not probably hauled a big fifteen year old onto a dragon. Arya made sure Piper got up next and lastly, Arya herself. They were barely buckled in when Leo flicked the reins and Festus took off back into the night sky.
"Leo, you saved our asses." Arya said, in between swallowing some nectar, "Thank you."
"I've noticed you're the only one who cusses." Leo called back, "I like it."
All four of them were flying in silence. Arya was trying to sort though ideas as to why the monsters would be reforming so fast. It didn't make any sense, unless there was something special about the northern Cyclops' but the universe has rules. Monsters get defeated, they go to Tartarus. Always, end of discussion. If that wasn't the case anymore then something was really wrong.
"Cyclops!" Jason said sitting up. He was behind Arya, Piper behind him.
"Whoa, sleepyhead." Piper said with a little smile.
