Anyone who knows Arya Jackson for more than five minutes knows her opinion of the world, and demigods not so fair place in it. Unfortunately, since the war Arya isn't that easy to get to know. To most she's little more than a legend.

"What was your favorite part about your house with your family?" She asked.
"That every piece of decoration held a story. Something that meant something to at least one of us." He answered

DINNER WAS ONE OF THEIR MORE UNPLEASANT ONES.
It started out fine. A recap of the day where everyone had done something impressive and everyone came back in one piece. It was a cool story to tell for sure.
Until the end of it anyways.
No one exactly wanted to hear that they were going to die.
The even shittier part was that Ace knew that every single person aboard this ship would rather give their life than watch someone else die. It wasn't a matter of who was going to randomly be taken down, it was far too talented a group for that. It was more about who was going to end up sacrificing themselves when the moment came down to it.
A part of Ace hoped that he would be the one taken down with some stupid combat mistake so that decision could be taken out of it.
Arya was insistent that they do whatever it takes to find the Physician's Cure that Nike mentioned. Even if it derailed the ship by a day or two.
Ace didn't miss the constant looks shared between the Jackson siblings. Each one is a little bit different from the last. Defeat turned into frustration, turned into anger, turned into worry, turned into a silent argument.
"Do you two know something we don't?" Leo asked eventually.
Arya buried her head in her hands and dragged them down her face in frustration.
"The last great prophecy fated one of us to die." Percy said with a bitter tone and shake of his head, "Going into the Battle of Manhattan we had to accept that and fight anyways, both of us ready to give our life for the other."
"Except the wording only made it sound like it was going to be one of us who died." Arya finished.
"So who was it actually?" Frank asked.
Arya's mouth opened, then for a moment hesitated. Her already miserable look managed to fall even farther as she gave into herself and let the answer leave her mouth, "Luke. The leader of Kronos' army."
