Homelander's eyes widened slightly, and he shot out a surprised breath.
"Wow." He said and smiled. "Come on. Don't be shy, give me a twirl!" He said happily.

I obeyed and did a little twirl for him.
"It looks great on you!" He said and came closer to me. "There! Look in the mirror." He said and lightly grabbed my shoulders, guiding me to the nearest mirror.

He was right. The suit looked amazing on me. "Fits like a glove!" I said with a wide smile.

He stood close behind me as we stood in front of the mirror.
"We look perfect." He breathed out, and a light tint of red appeared on his cheeks.
Then he turned around and walked to the door. "Let's go back down." He said and smiled softly.

"Oh, then I'll change." I said and looked for my clothes.

"Huh? Why." He asked, confused. "You're actually supposed to wear that from now on." He said and frowned.

"Oh. As in ....my supe suit?" I asked a bit embarrassed that I still hadn't understood him.

Instead of being annoyed or angry, he started to laugh. "Yes. As your supe suit." He took a breath. "Come on now."

Together, and with my clothes stored in a bag, we walked back to the elevator.
