AT 7:35 PM

                                                                                          MARIE

I went back to my room and went straight to my bed. I dialed the Boogeyman's number hoping that he would answer. To my dismay, it went straight to this. "The number that you had dialed has been disconnected," I growled and shut the lid on my phone. "Why now?" I asked. That's when I decided to call the number that Sidoh gave me. I waited for him to answer, but to my dismay, he didn't. The phone went straight to voicemail. I waited for the beep before I said anything. "Hello, Sidoh," I greeted him. "It's Marie. I just wanted to say that I finally did what the Boogeyman told me and I tried to give him concrete evidence that I did that with him, but his number has been disconnected. If you can call me back soon, I'd appreciate it." That's when I pressed the hangup button on the phone and was about to close the lid on my phone when I got a text message from the same number that Sidoh had.

The message read:

"Hi, Marie. I can't talk to you right now."

Another message popped up:

"Besides you won't be able to hear my voice since you haven't touched my Death Note."

I thought about what Sidoh said realizing that he was right. I wouldn't be able to hear him and also, if he was the Boogeyman's Shinigami, he wouldn't offer me a piece of his Death Note just so I could see him. I sighed. "Sorry," I mumbled.

A message popped up saying:

"It's alright. You're forgiven, Marie."

Another message popped up:

"Anyway, I'm watching you right now so please don't freak out."

I chuckled. "It's okay, Sidoh," I said to him. "Should I bother texting you back?"

A text message popped up saying:

"Only if you want to."

Seconds later, another message popped up saying:

"Anyway, I don't think it's a good idea for us to be talking like this for much longer."

Another message popped up that read:

"If my master finds out, I will be in DEEP trouble."

A third message popped up that read:

"What's up?"

I sighed. "I have the evidence that I had sex with Near," I answered. "Well, I never had sex with him. I just have to fool your monster of a human that I had sex with him."

A message popped up:

"I understand."

I sent him a picture of my clothes with Near's clothes on the floor.

A message popped up:

"Ah. Thank you."

"Please print this out and delete our text messages so that the Boogeyman won't find out that you've been helping me," I responded.

I sent the message and waited for several seconds before Sidoh texted me back saying:

"Don't worry. It's printing now."

I was surprised to hear that. "Wow, that was fast," I said.

A text message appeared on my phone several seconds later saying:
