Anika's POV
Well, another three days of exchange have started! Now I was hosting a bunch of elementary school students. Even though that baffled me, I decided to accept it, assuming they wanted the students to get a sense of middle school life even in a different country.

The shuttle bus soon arrived, and the students were soon running up to their buddies. My buddy was a girl called Anna, and she sprinted to me faster than I could blink. She soon stuck to me, and we started an exciting day together.
Special classroom
The newspaper was laid, and stacks of clay was stacked on the table. We had to get a stack of clay for every table, because we were making our own creations for our exchange this time. The art teacher in charge talked to us about clay work in Singapore (for the Germans, that is), before we were allowed to do whatever we wanted with the clay. Anna bugged me to do an infused cat design, to which I agreed to.

Taking out half the clay, I slowly removed the clay into smaller portions bit by bit to ensure there was enough room for every body part. I then took every spot bit by bit and started assembling them to form a cat. Then, I used a pencil to draw the face of the cat, before effortlessly gluing it with Anna's. We then bantered for a bit, before I let Anna keep the two conjoined cats.
3 Faith classroom
"Your A Math teacher is so pretty and nice!" Anna suddenly blurted, much to my shock. Ms Sumiko was looking around the classroom to find who said that, so I used Anna's voice and imitated that. She turned around and thanked the exchange student before continuing.

Anna had a chance to experience my A Math lessons, yet it didn't feel like that. The topics we were covering for A Math were much harder than at the start of the year, but Anna kept consulting me about the jargon, like math was her everything. I didn't mind sharing a few terms of the textbook for her to bring back to her German friends. She even tried to answer one question on the board which I found to be really cute to be honest, because it was an indicator she was enjoying herself.
Auditorium
The music coursed through the auditorium, and the dancers taking part in this exchange ran to the stage of the auditorium. With their smooth moves and perfect timing, they led the mass dance for our exchange. Anna and I joined in, even though we weren't born dancers. We just put in effort, making sure our moves made us look like we were actually dancing. Truth was, not everyone was in sync, but we made sure to enjoy ourselves to the fullest.
Anna's POV
Singapore History Museum
Stepping foot into the Singapore History Muesum, I couldn't believe my eyes when I stepped inside. The walls and floors were made out of polished materials for sure, and the air conditioning felt so fresh! Each of the artefacts looked like they were well preserved, and contained a deep story. With my buddy Anika, I was able to learn more about the little stories behind every artefact out there, and gasp over their beauty. Who knew learning about the histories of other countries was this fun?
