Crystal's POV
By pure luck (and pure luck I swear), I was right next to Ethan on the flight to Shanghai! 7 hours with one of my favourite guys in the world; what a blessing it is! We have agreed to watch a movie together and play "2 player games" on the flight. That was the plan we planned out before the flight, and I can't wait to execute it!
Ethan's POV
Aiming the blue star at the ball, I then released the control and the token went flying, hitting all the other tokens and the soccer ball in the process. The ball was actually near my goal but not quite near yet, but it was soon Crystal's turn to aim the token to where the ball is so she could get the ball into my goal. She successfully chose the best token and released it into the goal, scoring a point for herself and winning the game. (For those wondering what game is this, it's "Soccer Pool" and can be found under mobile game 2 player games)
Mdm Yeo's POV
Shanghai Pudong International Airport
Upon touchdown, everyone walked out into the customs and immigration to collect their luggage. Everyone was talking about their adventure and what they were excited to do in the itinerary we've planned out as they looked out for luggage, running when they recognise their luggage. As someone that's come home for business, it was a comforting sight to see everyone so eager to learn more about China, and I hope to impart my knowledge of my hometown to them.
Leah's POV
Xing Zhi Yue Jiu Dian
Upon arriving at the hotel, everyone heaved a sigh of relief learning we were on time for check in. Mdm Yeo handled the matter swiftly before gathering everyone, announcing our hotel room arrangements for the trip. I tapped my luggage impatiently, and to my surprise, I was in the same room as Crystal! I smiled at her sweetly because we could spend more time together, and I knew we were going to have a fun time together.
Simon's POV
An hour later
Some random restaurant
"Here's your har gao," the waiter announced and we all looked at the prawn balls wrapped in translucent wrapping. On the table was minced meat wrapped with yellow wrapping, minced meat and vegetables wrapped with translucent wrapping, vegetables rolled with golden wrapping and a golden brown flour rectangle. Yea, these were all dim sum because the nearby restaurant was all dim sum but Crystal literally ordered the whole restaurant down. Thanks to her, Leah, Ethan and I are now forced to eat dim sum with the only other dish was rice for everyone. Thanks, Crystal.
Xingqiu's POV
Some room the hotel lent the group
"Honestly, it was a cultural shock when Mdm Yeo screamed for the bill," I admitted while reflecting about the immediate changes we felt as we stepped foot into China. "However, Crystal told me it's normal, because China is much bigger than Singapore. I mean, it's the roots of who we are: Chinese."

Through the sharing, I have learnt from my friends the immediate changes we felt as we stepped into China. Shanghai was definitely more bustling for sure, but it was also the subtle differences that mattered too. I for sure didn't realise how bustling nightlife was in other countries. You couldn't blame me though; I was usually home before dark and my parents didn't really stay out unless it's some company function they wanted to attend as "company loyalty."
Mrs Nur's POV
After reflection time
Along the streets of the hotel
"It's just you and me," I remarked as I walked Crystal to give her the present to the people that saved her life*, Crystal clutching the gifts tightly in her hands. It was durian KitKat from Singapore, totally characteristic for this extroverted sweetheart who literally sat me down for a half an hour talk about why we should drop by that agency to thank the people that saved her from dying of hypothermia. Of course, Ms Extroverted was once again striking a conversation with me about her holiday plans, which definitely involved multiple hangouts as she described what she would be doing for the first half of November and even asked me if I was going overseas, simply because she was going to Korea with just Jennifer. (Yes, her parents are that rich and they are that independent) The topic shifted to how she obtained the durian KitKat which was snagged through Shopee during the 10.10 sale. We soon reached the agency, and she practically tapped on the door, prancing in soon after.
Crystal's POV
Inside the agency office
CEO: Good evening, Crystal. How may we help you?

Crystal: How do you know my name?

CEO: You have a Xiaohongshu account now, and you follow my daughter. Peiqi. So, is that for my daughter?

Crystal: It's for your company, for saving me a year ago. Just that...I wasn't able to thank you for so long, because of school and everything.

CEO: Well, better late than never! Hohoho...wow, it's durian?

Crystal: Yes! Our national fruit! Share this with all of your co-workers and tell them about the great part of Singapore!

CEO: Oh, I forgot to mention, I'm the CEO of this mountaineering business and I'm also the father to my only daughter Peiqi. You have actually brought the great part to Singapore by being as sweet as my daughter! Take care of my daughter tomorrow, will you?

Crystal: Oh definitely!
