John's POV
With Crystal, YZ and Anika, we managed to settle on the front rows of the concert hall. The flooring was a soft grey rug, and a dim ambience filled the room. The chair had a fuzzy texture to it, and had a mixture of dark red, brown, green and blue all around. Instrumental music was played on looped as everyone settled down while we discussed the concert booklet. Soft chatter filled the room, before an announcement came up.

Good afternoon to all spectators of the youth ensemble's concert "Spring." This is a reminder to silent your headphones as we are going to commence the concert now.

The lights dimmed and the curtains drew open, the first note of music filling the air.
Lucas' POV
When the spotlight shone on me, I took a deep breath and blew into my mouthpiece. My fingers reached out to the holes and I pressed the buttons down, blowing gently into it. Locking in, I focused on both blowing and making sure my fingers hit the right notes. I looked right in front of me, after all, I had to know when to stop. Besides, this was the real deal. I'd be cooked if I was still looking at my music sheet.

I could hear the melody of my symphony coming together. They gelled together to make a harmony for my audience. We all played for different reasons, but I knew some of my some friends came. Has my music reached them? I hoped it did. The thought of my music reaching my friends pushed me enough to finish the concert on a high.
Outside the concert hall
Crystal, Anika, YZ and John all came up to me all at once. YZ first took a selfie with me, and Crystal handed me a bouquet of flowers for my performance. John told me how awesome my performance was, even better than at O Level Music* lessons while also giving a bouquet of flowers to me. Anika topped it off, shoving a box of chocolates on top of the two bouquets. I officially look like a gift holding statue thanks to them.

Thankfully, my band leader noticed how much I was struggling and decided to keep the chocolates with him, saying he'd bring it to me for the following session. I thanked him as I bid them farewell, stumbling my way out of the concert hall with the two bouquets in my hands.
