John's POV
Flashback
"Being a school that focuses on servant leadership and the arts, we're hosting our centennial arts festival this year," Mr Lee explained to us. "And as per every year, KCPGT participants past and present would take part in the festival, usually finalists. But for the potential finalists that have realised that character matters for success at last, I can grant all of you the permission to perform the festival."
Everyone cheered as we embraced one another upon hearing the news. No one thought we had such an opportunity for redemption. Without a second doubt, we jumped right into warming up, using four Saturday rehearsals to practice long and hard to recall our steps to our song "Realize."
Present day
Counting down to 5, we all raised our hands and chorused, "May our faith carry on till eternity!"
"And that was an amazing performance by Fiona Tan of 3 Peace," the emcee announced. "Next up, we have a pure 3 Faith idol group called THE FAITHS, consisting of Crystal, Chloe, Ethan, John and Daphne. They will be dancing to Vivid Bad Squad's 'Realize.'" Everyone gave us a thunderous round of applause as we ran to the stage to perform with all our power.
Daphne's POV
I'm not as active as Ethan and Crystal, but I was surprised that I haven't deproved after not doing the dance for 2 months. However, I was rocking the dance with all of my energy, still keeping the technique and smile in tact. All of our synergy, our bond that we created together...it stayed together despite not being able to dance for KCPGT. But I must say performing for a school event is better than anything, I know my CCA record is thanking me now.
We were greeted with a round of applause, which I knew celebrated our redemption. I took my friends' hands and we all bowed together, smiling and giggling as we headed to the bazaar.
Simon's POV
Concourse
"Hey, I was watching your performance," I remarked. "You rocked it, bro!" I definitely grabbed Ethan with my arm and ruffled his hair, only for the rest to be giggling at me.
"You two are so close," some girl remarked*. "Close enough to have a tradition when you guys meet."
"It only started when we had just student council as a common activity, we were lower secondary classmates." I then pulled Ethan's hand to the bazaar, but everyone else chased after me, yelling at me for running too far ahead.

"This is the Korean sugar coated fruits," some Food Entrepreneurship Programme student explained, before he went on to elaborate about his dish. We all gasped in awe before we all picked a stick up each. The fruit tasted so sweet and sugary on the surface, and there was a special crunch to it, but not in a bad way. I devoured the fruit kebab, filling my stomach with the sweetest combination of natural and artificial sweetness. Couldn't life get better when someone my age can cook authentic Korean food?
Shenhe's POV
"Chloe~" I called out softly, and she whipped her head at me in an instant but not in a bad way. Smiling, THE FAITHS ran to me and we all headed to one of the craft booths, which turned out to be a paper plate decorating booth. Everyone had a chance to decorate their paper plate with all the materials and the hot glue guns provided.
We all managed to get one seat each for the activity, and got to work in creating the arts and crafts. I managed to squint my way through, delicately creating what seemed to be a snowman face, and a rush of thrill went through me when I finished. I had created my own craft for the first time and it wasn't even with Keqing and all! Or even by myself, because soon after my friends, one by one, rushed up to me and we started to chat about our crafts. And honestly, I felt warm and fuzzy inside because this whole group actually cares about me, and not wanting to use me as a friendship asset. I'll pay anything to stay close to them.
*Simon only knows Crystal, Chloe and Ethan by name as THE FAITHS
