The Meeting of Two Demon Kings

Razor and Sara finally escorted Azazil to meet the Northern Demon King—Leviathan.

Inside the grand throne room, filled with a cold, icy aura and glittering frost, Leviathan sat casually on his throne. The tall, pale-skinned man with long silver hair eyed them with a sharp gaze.

The three of them immediately bowed.

"Leviathan-sama, this person brings a message from the Southern Demon King," Razor explained.

Leviathan grinned, resting his chin on his hand.

"And who are you? What business brings you to me?"

Azazil stepped forward and bowed politely.

"My apologies for the intrusion. My name is Azazil, a servant of the Southern Demon King—Avrora-sama. I come under her orders to deliver an important message." He held out a scroll.

Leviathan took it and read carefully. His eyes widened.

"What?! The Eastern Demon Kingdom has fallen? And Avrora wishes to form an alliance...?"

A crooked smile formed on his lips.

"Interesting..." He fixed his gaze on Azazil. "Tell Avrora I’m willing to cooperate... but only if she agrees to duel me."

Azazil nodded. "Understood, Leviathan-sama. I will relay your message." He immediately activated magical communication.

"Avrora-sama, can you hear me?"

"Yes, Azazil. What's going on? Everything okay?"

"Everything is going smoothly. Leviathan is willing to work with us—but... he demands a duel with you first."

"Tch... how troublesome. Fine, I’ll come right away!"

Moments after the call ended, a magic portal opened before Leviathan. From within stepped a silver-haired girl with glowing red eyes—Avrora.

"Yo! Hello there!"

All eyes turned to me. Leviathan tilted his head, confused.

"Eh? Who’s this?"

Azazil quickly explained. "Leviathan-sama, this is Avrora-sama."

"WHAAAT?!" Leviathan stared in disbelief. "You’re Avrora?! But… you look like an ordinary girl!"

I clicked my tongue, annoyed. "Enough small talk. Just tell me—why do you want a duel?"

Leviathan chuckled. "Think of it as a warm-up. I want to see how strong my potential ally is."

"Very well. I accept your challenge."

Leviathan instantly created a magical barrier around the room. "We’ll fight here!"

And so, the battle began.

Leviathan attacked with ice magic. I countered with fire. The two elements clashed with explosive force.

BAMMMM!!

"Not bad!" Leviathan shouted with a laugh.

Then, without warning, he activated high-tier magic.

"Freeze!"

The entire area froze in an instant. Ice crawled up my legs, wrapping around my body.

"Ugh... it’s freezing!" I growled. "Time to show you my real power..."

A dark aura enveloped me. The ice melted instantly.

I raised my hand and summoned my weapon.

A scythe appeared in my grasp. Leviathan’s jaw dropped.
