Prologue
My name is Avrora. Once… I was just an ordinary man. No, in fact, I was quite handsome in my previous life. But after that strange wheel of reincarnation turned, I was reborn—not as a human, but as a vampire girl.
I went through countless battles, evolved again and again, until I finally stood at the peak of power—becoming a God. Yet, to reach that point, I had to lose something irreplaceable: my precious partner.
And the cruelest part… I only learned later that Ai-chan, the one who had always been by my side, had been a God all along.
I clenched my teeth. “Damn it… Ai-chan, you idiot! If that’s the truth, why didn’t you tell me from the start? We lived together for so long… so why did you have to leave me, huh? Stupid!”
For some reason, I couldn’t hold back my tears anymore. Covering my face with both hands, my shoulders trembled.
A soft knock came from the door. “Avrora! May I come in?”
I hastily wiped my tears. That voice belonged to my brother. “Come in, Onii-sama.”
The door opened, and Leon entered, taking a seat beside me. His gentle gaze seemed to reach deep into my sorrow. “What’s wrong, Avrora? You’ve looked gloomy lately. What really happened?”
I froze. So Leon had been watching me all this time… Should I tell him everything? There was no point in lying. With a trembling voice, I told him everything—about Ai-chan, about who she truly was, and how I lost her.
Leon fell silent, eyes widening in shock. But without a word, he pulled me into a firm embrace. “If you want to cry… then cry, Avrora. Don’t carry it alone.”
My tears broke free within his arms. Leon gently stroked my hair, as if trying to soothe the wound that crushed my chest.
After crying for so long, I finally pulled away. Wiping my face, my nose still a little runny from the tears, I muttered: “Hhh… I feel better now, Onii-sama.”
Leon gave me a warm smile. “I’m glad. Your smile… it’s really cute, Avrora.”
I tilted my head in confusion. “Eh? What do you mean?”
Suddenly, Leon’s face turned red. He scratched his cheek awkwardly. “B-Because… when you smile like that, you look so sweet, it makes you even more charming.”
“Eh?!” I quickly covered my face with both hands. My cheeks burned. “T-Thank you, Onii-sama…”
The air grew awkward. I could hear my own heartbeat, pounding far too fast.
Then Leon leaned a little closer. With a low but clear voice, he whispered: “Avrora… back then, you once told me you loved me, didn’t you?”
I froze. “Ehh?!” It was true… I had said that before. But hearing Leon bring it up again left me utterly speechless. “Umm… I did say that once…” I admitted in a shy whisper.
Leon locked his eyes onto mine. “Look into my eyes, Avrora.”
Instinctively, I did. And in that moment—
His lips touched mine.
“Ehhmmmmp!”
Soft. Warm. The kiss was so sudden it sent me into a panic, but at the same time… I couldn’t bring myself to resist.
But the moment shattered when Rose, my loyal maid, called from outside. “Avrora-sama! There is a messenger from Zhephyres here to see you!”
Leon and I jolted apart instantly, both our faces red as fire.
“I-I’ll be right out, Rose!” I called back, my voice trembling.
We both stepped out of the room. There, a handsome blond man stood in gleaming silver armor. The aura he radiated told me immediately—he was no ordinary man.

He bowed respectfully. “Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Rafael. Under the direct command of Lord Zhephyres, I have been assigned as Avrora-sama’s attendant and personal guardian from this day forward.”
Straightening my back, I tried to hide my nervousness. “So… what is your purpose here?”
Rafael’s gaze grew serious. “I’ve come to escort you. Starting tomorrow, Avrora-sama is required to undergo education in the Divine Realm. There, you will receive guidance to truly become a God.”
I was stunned. “Ehhhhh?! The Divine Realm?! Are you serious?!”
Zhephyres… that god was always so high-handed. He adopted me as his ‘child’ and now decided my life without ever asking my opinion. If I resisted, he might not hesitate to erase me from existence. At this point, he felt more like a terrifying father than a protector.
I forced a stiff smile. “Well… if that’s an order, then I don’t really have a choice, do I?”
“Thank you for your understanding, Avrora-sama.” Rafael gave me a gentle smile, though his eyes brimmed with unwavering resolve. “From this moment on, please allow me to serve you with all my heart.”
I let out a long sigh. “Honestly… such a hassle.”
But deep down, I knew—the next step in my life as a God had only just begun.
