Prologue — The Beginning of the Invasion

Japan, February 10th, 2041

Seventeen years have passed since the mysterious explosion caused by the appearance of a black hole in the center of Tokyo.

The Japanese government, moving in silence, immediately launched a classified investigation into the phenomenon. The black hole quickly became not only a national mystery but also a hot topic of debate among scientists worldwide.

After years of research, a groundbreaking discovery was made—this black hole was actually a gateway to another world.

Soon after, Japan succeeded in developing a special device capable of interdimensional travel. In an effort to explore this new world, the government dispatched a thousand fully armed soldiers, including tanks and heavy military equipment.

The expeditionary force was led by General Shin—a towering man with striking red hair. They ventured into uncharted territory, heading east, until they stumbled upon a mysterious kingdom.

That kingdom was called Alcadia, ruled by King Gabriel, a charismatic man with long blue hair.

Rather than opting for confrontation, General Shin proposed an alliance. He introduced modern technology from his world in exchange for cooperation. Intrigued by the power of such technology, King Gabriel accepted the offer.

However, beneath his calm and diplomatic exterior, Shin harbored grand ambitions. Slowly but surely, he began influencing King Gabriel's decisions. His true goal was clear: to conquer other kingdoms for his own benefit. With the backing of advanced technology, the conquest of the eastern lands became effortless.

One by one, the kingdoms fell. In a short span of time, the Eastern Empire was born, with King Gabriel crowned as its first Emperor. Behind this newfound glory, General Shin established a military laboratory and a central fortress in the capital of Alcadia. More and more Japanese troops were transported to this new world, along with tanks and fighter aircraft shipped directly from Japan.

In one of his reports to the government, Shin revealed a startling truth: this world possessed magic. The government took the revelation seriously and promptly ordered the development of new technologies capable of rivaling magical power.

Thus, Starators were born—humanoid mechanical weapons piloted by humans. Designed to fly, shoot, and fight with high efficiency, the Starators became humanity’s greatest hope to dominate the magical world.

However, not just anyone could operate one. A special Stigma—a magical symbol implanted in the body—was required. Only those with genetic compatibility could fully synchronize with a Starator.

To find these gifted pilots, the Japanese government established a Secret Military Academy—an institution to train the next generation of interdimensional soldiers.

After Avrora’s departure, her younger sister—Yuki—was left feeling empty and heartbroken. One day, she heard rumors about the Military Academy that trained individuals to travel to the other world. Hope stirred within her... perhaps there, she could find a clue to her brother Yuu’s whereabouts.

Fueled by determination, Yuki applied to the Academy. Her mother gave her reluctant blessing.

After undergoing a series of tests, the results were shocking—Yuki was compatible with the Stigma. She was accepted into the Academy and began six months of intense training alongside other selected cadets.

When training ended, Yuki was assigned a Starator: Model Type 007. Over the course of two years, she studied and trained relentlessly until she could pilot the Starator as if it were an extension of herself. Known as a gifted student, she was eventually chosen to join the expedition team to the other world.

Together with her four companions—Yui, Kanon, Ren, and Eiji—Yuki was ready for the mission. They also encountered two mysterious individuals from the other world: Charlote, the snow-haired daughter of Emperor Gabriel, and Julius, her loyal and muscular bodyguard with golden hair.

After six months of team training, the group was deployed to the other world.

Upon arrival, they were greeted personally by General Shin. Their mission was clear: to become the Empire’s elite combat force—and to assist Shin in his ambition to rule the world.
