This morning, we were summoned directly by Asmodeus. Without wasting any time, Leon and I headed straight for the main hall.

When we arrived, Asmodeus was already lounging arrogantly on his throne, grinning smugly.

"Did you sleep well last night? I hope the castle accommodations were satisfactory."

"Thank you for your hospitality. We slept very well," Leon answered politely.

...What a liar. I didn't even get a second of sleep.

"Glad to hear it." Asmodeus crossed his legs. "Now then, let’s get straight to the point. Yesterday, you said you wanted my help, but you didn’t say what for. So tell me—what is it that you really want?"

Leon looked him straight in the eye. “I want your assistance... in a war against the Gods.”

The room instantly fell silent.

Asmodeus stood from his throne, his face frozen in disbelief.

“You’re insane! Going to war with the Gods!? That’s pure suicide! I’ve never even seen a God in my life!”

Leon grinned. “Well, you know what? My little sister here has already killed one.”

Asmodeus turned to look at me. His eyes widened, and his breath caught. Sweat began to bead on his temple.

“No way... A girl like her?”

I narrowed my eyes and smiled sharply.

“Ehhh~ Does Asmodeus-sama not trust my Onii-sama’s words~?”

“W-Why is she looking at me like that…!? This is terrifying… her aura’s even more dangerous than Leon’s… are they even human...!?” Asmodeus shivered in thought.

With a pale face, he finally spoke. “I-I believe you! Fine, I’ll help you… But only after I finish the war against the Heroes!”

“Make sure you keep your word,” Leon warned coldly. “If you betray us, my sister will kill you before I even get the chance to speak.”

“U-Understood!” Asmodeus replied immediately.

Leon then looked my way. “Let’s go, Avrora.”

“Okay, Onii-sama~” I replied with a sweet smile.

We left the hall, but from his throne, Asmodeus continued to watch us, his mind racing.

Just what are these two...? I’ve never even heard their names. But that girl’s aura… it’s horrifying...

After exiting the castle, Leon turned to me.

“Avrora, since we’ve got some time… how about we take a stroll? I want to see more of this world.”

“Oooh, great idea! How about we visit the capital of the nearest kingdom?”

“Sounds good. I’ll leave it to you.”

I closed my eyes for a moment, sensing the surrounding energy... and—got it!

With a swift gesture, I opened a portal to the nearest region. We stepped out right at the front gate of the capital of the Valham Kingdom—Asmodeus’s closest neighboring kingdom.

“Where are we?” Leon asked.

“Valham. But our clothes stand out too much. We need disguises. I’ll change your outfit first, Onii-sama~”
