Stepping outside onto the covered patio with a fresh cup of hot chocolate warming up his hands, Wooyoung took in the cool, summer night air. The moonlight glowed a cool white, creating a fake spotlight for the boy as he made his way over to one of the chairs on the patio–like the world was watching each and every one of his moves. It was calm though, barely a sound to be heard but the chirping of the crickets hidden in the bushes, the calls of the birds surveying from the tree branches, the gentle rustle of the leaves against each other. A nice evening to be spent outside, Wooyoung couldn't stop thinking.

Wooyoung took a seat on one of the chairs, taking a sip of hot chocolate before setting the mug down on the side table. He let out a comforting sigh as he brought up his legs to sit cross-legged, watching the twinkle of the stars from up above. One star here, another star over there, all twinkling in the perfect off-beat pattern, just like a choreographed dance. The boy let his head fall backwards against the chair and stayed looking up, almost like some kind of force kept him drawn to the beauty of these stars–and even more, one star in particular. Shining brighter than all the others, showing its inner beauty to seemingly Wooyoung only. He loved it, and couldn't tear his eyes away.

Eventually after quite a few minutes of observing, Wooyoung went to take another sip of hot chocolate and from the corner of his eye saw the back door creaking open. It didn't scare him, because as soon as that door got pushed open and someone–his star–came through the doorway, Wooyoung instantly felt a stronger, more happier feeling than just watching the other stars. He waited, waited for this person to look over and notice him, and waited for his feet to start carrying him over to Wooyoung. He set down the mug again, right as the person was close enough to him to start speaking.

"Hey" came San's soft voice.

The corners of Wooyoung's mouth turned upwards just enough to paint a gentle smile on his already sparkling face.

"Why are you still up?" He walked around to stand behind Wooyoung, wrapping his arms around his shoulders, "It's late and you need sleep."

He planted a quick peck on Wooyoung's ear, and the latter couldn't help but let out a quiet giggle. The tickle of San's lips against his skin landed just perfectly to leave a tingling that was itching for another kiss–with that extra trace of passion and love. His craving for it grew bigger and bigger alongside their relationship, and it was always the highlight of his day–San pulling him close and planting upon his lips the desire he longed for. Wooyoung leaned back into the chair, lifting both of his hands and resting them on top of San's arms, returning the peck but this time longer and lingering with his lips for a couple seconds after pulling away.

"I was thinking" Wooyoung hummed.

"And drinking hot chocolate?" San raised an eyebrow, nodding his head towards the mug sitting on the side table.

Wooyoung chuckled, "Well, you wouldn't have let me drink coffee," he paused, "And hot chocolate fits the mood better than anything else."

San pulled his arms away, placing a hand on Wooyoung's shoulder to pick up the mug and take a sip with the other.

"Exactly. I wouldn't have-"

He moved back to Wooyoung and wrapped his arms back around his shoulders but now, laying his head on his boyfriend's right shoulder to look at him with loving eyes.

"-because like I stated before, you need sleep and the caffeine would only keep you awake... which is why you shouldn't be drinking hot chocolate either."
