Never Again: Chapter 89
Iris's POV
I woke up this time the pain wasn't there but I knew it had been. My wolf was also up, but she was quiet.
'You stupid bitch! You tried to kill us' I yelled at her.
'Sorry,' she whined. I ignored her. I was well aware that Rose saved us, I could feel where she stabbed her claws in us to save us. I owed her my life. I willed my eyes to open, and when they finally did I was met by the whole pack and the hunters.
"Iris," Rose screamed and jumped on me. I smiled and hugged her, and I looked over at Zayn who was sitting right next to me. I can't believe I hadn't felt his presence.
"How are you?" A voice said in the door way. I looked up to see Louis, Harry, and Niall next to next to Blake and Dominic. Louis was the one who asked.
My wolf whined. 'Say something,' She growled
"I'm better, my wolf isn't trying to kill us anymore." I said and then I looked down. I was wearing one of Zayn's shirts, thank God I wasn't still naked.
My wolf whined and I knew she wanted the same thing I did. I crawled out of the covers and curled up into Zayn's chest and hid my face in his neck. I breathed in his familiar scent and relaxed. I peered out of his neck and Liam was gone, I guess he went back down stairs.
"Thank you Rose," I said looking at her.
"Don't thank me, I did what I had to do. I need to talk to you later. But not now," She said in a serious tone. I only nodded. I wonder what she could need to talk to me about.
"Just don't ever die on me again!" She said after a moment, she smiled softly. Then I reached out and hugged her again. My wolf was generally happy, she didn't care if someone hated her or if someone was mad at us, but we did care about Rose, Zayn, and Liam. But other than that we were perfectly okay.
Rose smiled and jumped off the bed. "I will go cook breakfast for everyone, and everyone else out of Zayn's room!" Rose announced and they all left, including Rose. I was still curled up in Zayn's arms and once the door was closed, Zayn leanend over me and kissed me with so much passion it made my head spin. Then he kissed every inch of my face and tightened his grip on me like he was afraid I was going to evaporate. "I love you so much," Zayn said. And I could see his eyes go purple. I kissed his neck and snaked my arms around him. I just wanted to be in his arms, a knock on the door made me jump, but Zayn nuzzled into my head and I relaxed.
"Come in." Zayn called and Niall walked in.
"Do you want to help me with Liam?" Niall asked.
"No thanks, ask Harry or Louis." Zayn said burrowing into the crook of my neck.
My heart swelled, he had actually turned down Niall of all people so he could cuddle with me.
"Oh okay." Niall said sounding a little bit shocked. Then he shut the door and left.
'Kiss him now!' My wolf screamed. 'No shut your face! You don't get what you want because you tried to kill us!' I yelled at her and she just whined.
I kissed the side of Zayn's forehead am he smiled. "I love you too, more than you probably know." I said resting my heading his chest. We remained quiet for awhile until, Zayn suddenly tightened his grip around me.
"You know you never told me Liam was your first." Zayn said. I lifted my head and I looked at him.
"Yeah he was my first everything, but that's okay because he was like a brother to me until I killed him, now he just hates me." I said looking at my lap, my wolf whined she wanted Zayn to just make love to us.
