Reader POV
After all that's happened and all the snow falling I've feel told to take it easy, so thats what I'm doing.
I'm bored though.
"1, 2, 3!" I said to myself as I kicked my legs up and put my hands on the ground into a handstand.
"1, 2, 3, 4, 5..." I'm timing myself.
I stretch out my wings for balance and move my hands a bit.
"WAHH!" I yell as I collapse to the floor. 16 seconds ain't bad.
I stand up and brush myself off.(D/n) just laughs.
"Hey!" I say to her. She just smirks and shakes her head.
I fly up into the rafters and hang upside down by my legs.
I do random stuff when I'm bored.I sighed
"What to do?"The sun set outside my window and I heard food being cooked downstairs.
Dinner soon.I tilted my head as I looked at some carvings in the wall.
Is that a heart?"Hey"
"AHH HICCUP!" I yelled and jumped down.
He laughed his adorable laugh causing me to smile.
"Every time" I said.
"Whats up" Hiccup asks.
"Eh, nothing really"
"Good because I gotta show you something" Hiccup said grabbing my arm and pulling me out the door.
"Where are we going it's freezing!" I said.
"Oh I forgot about the snow" Hiccup said "well you won't be cold in a minute, can you fly us down to the stables?"
"Ok" I said.
Hiccup jumped onto my back and we flew to the stables.
"What do you want to show me?" I asked.
He pulled me around the corner and through a rather large crack in the wall, to my surprise it got warmer as we entered a cave.
"Wow how'd you find this?" I asked.
"Toothless did and that's not all" He said taking something out of another crack.
"Dragon eggs!" I exclaimed.
"Nadder eggs" Hiccup said "looks like starfire will have a family"
Starfire is one of the many nadders at the sanctuary.
"That's awesome!" I said.
As soon as Hiccup saw me smile his smile faded a bit.
"You ok?"
"Are you sure you're alright?" Hiccup asked.
"Hiccup I'm fine, just a little broken, I'll fix myself up soon don't worry"
"What about the nightmares"
My smile faded too.
"That's something I can't help" I said.
We heard a stormcutter call meaning it was time for dinner so we quickly flew back.
I sat beside Hiccup at the table.
"Ooo (favourite food f/f)!" I said.
"Yep we haven't had it in a while" Valka said "where have you two been?"
"Looking at those Nadder eggs" Hiccup said "and talking."
He put his hand on mine under the table and I tried not too choke on my food from excitement. I swallowed my food and took a breath to calm myself. Luckily no one noticed.
"Sounds fun" Valka said.
"Hows the bewilderbeast?" I asked.
"Pretty good" the Haddocks said at the same time.
We laughed at that.
After stuffing my face with food and finishing my dinner, I went back upstairs and put my pjs on witch was just a long sleeved shirt and pants.
I sat on my bed tossing my Toothless plushie up and down, after getting bored of that, I put the plushie next to my pillow and opened the draw of my bedside table and took out my dead unused phone, whats the point in having it in the viking world.
It had a (f/c) case and not a single crack in the screen.
I put it back down and closed the draw.I flopped down onto my bed and stared at the ceiling. I yawned as I was getting tired.
Then I head a familiar step, thump, step, thump. You can't be that sneaky with a metal leg.
"Hey Hiccup" I said.
"Hey" Hiccup replied.
"What brings you here?"
"I-I'm worried about you"
He came and sat down beside me.
"Why?" I asked.
"Those dreams you've been having are becoming a regular thing and I'm just worried you'll have one again" Hiccup explained.
I smiled.
"You don't have to worry, I'll get used to them" I said.
I yawned and closed my eyes.
"I just want to know you're ok"
"Don't worry Hiccup I'm fine"
His hand locked with mine and I fell into a deep dreamless sleep, probably the best one in ages.
