She lied

-Chris's POV-
"You all buckled in Maddy Hun?"
"Yeah" she said quietly,
I started the car,
I was visiting Laura again today, so I am dropping off Madelyn to ghosts house for the day,
It's been a week since I found out that Maddy never knew her birthday,
She has been really- like, quite ever since,
I've tried everything,
Gave her her favourite food for dinner, chicken pizza,
Made hot cocoa, I took her to the park and she did have fun and laugh and smile through all those things but when she got home she just felt down again,
I have no idea what is going on in that little head of hers.

"Maddy's POV-
I lied.
I lied about my birthday,
I do know when it is, I just didn't want to say cause I didn't want to bother Chwis.
He has done enough already for me,
And also I don't want to celebrate my birthday,
Cause maybe if I wasn't born then maybe John wouldn't have hit mommy and get mad at her. And
Chwis wouldn't have to share his bed with me and have to give up his time,
I know he says he loves me and all but I think I have realised now that he only says that and really he wants rid of me, that's probably why they dump me on the rest of the band.
I'm not complaining but I bet they all are,
Mommy never told me my birthday but Linda at the orphanage did.
The car stopped and I hopped out,
Chwis cleared his throat,
I smiled and opened the front door as Chwis pouted his lips,
I kissed dem and skipped to the front of ghosts house.
At least it will give Chwis a break.

-Chris's POV-

I pulled up to the hospital and headed to the apartment,
It was freezing out, and my breath pull be seen from heavy breathing from climbing the slippy metal rustic stairs.
I knocked on the door but there was no answer,
I was freezing, so I opened the door to see a sight that angered me.
