-Chris's POV- "Hey cutie you ready?" I asked knocking on the bathroom door, "Just one second" "I thought I told you about locking doors baby" "Sowwy" she said opening up, I smiled and hugged her and we left for our day out, We held hands and walked down town to find the nearest bus stop, The weather was nice and sunny today, good day for the nature walk we planned, The outdoors is beautiful in this town, that's why I booked a hotel here. For us both to get some air and some space, Maddy stopped at a shop window and looked at a local toy store, I smiled and stood behind her, "You want a toy?" I smiled She turned to me, "Me? Oh i..it's otay " "It's okay come on I'll get you a toy" She smiled "for me? Would you really?" I kissed her head and took her hand, I looked at the girls section, but then noticed what didn't catch her eyes were girls toys, she was in the boys section looking at the toy cars, I smiled, "What colour you planning on getting" I smiled "Bwack!" She jumped pointing to the box, I reached for it and I handed it to her, Her face lit up and took it carefully, her grip barely a snatch or a grab. "You want it?" "Yes pwease" I took it to the counter and payed for it, The shop keeper was at awe with her use of please and thankyou's. "you want it now?" She shook her head, "I want to treasure it, and wait for when we get there" "Alright" "Thankyou Chwis" "That's alright" We hopped on a bus and dropped us off at the nature trail, It was basically a dirt road that passes through the woods and a water fall and at the end there is supposed to be a large feild of lavender, At the beginning of the walk there was a shack of bikes, I payed for a rental one and Maddy sat on the back seat of it, "Okay so the plan is that I'll bike through the woods till about half way, don't worry I won't go too fast there is no need to be scared and- "Go Chwis go!" I grinned and biked down the hill, Maddy screamed "woo hooo!" I sped round the corner, "Your helmet still on?!" "Yeah!" I biked up the hill and there was a steep drop down the way, "Wook dad there are squirrels in the trees" "Red or grey?" I panted as I biked rapidly trough the Forrest, "Grey" "Okay let's play a game, spot the red squirrel, can you do that for me" "Yup!" I biked across a small wooden bridge and round many bends, Up a small steep hill and round the corner was a steep drop making us go rapid, As we sped along I noticed a tree root that had came up from under the ground making us crash and fall off our bike, I struggled to get up, I turned to see Maddy lying on her stomach, I ran to wards her and kneeled down shaking her small back, "Maddy darling are you okay?" "Shh" I frowned, "Wook, red squirrel" she whispered laying in the ground spying on the animal, " look I have some uhh, trail mix" I said putting some in her hand, She put her hand out and the little thing came and began eating it, "Ahhhhhh wook Chwis he is eating it" said Maddy amazed, I smiled, He sniffed and ran off, "You okay?" "I'm fine, are you otay ?" "Yeah I'm okay" I said kissing her hand and helping her up, "I guess we are walking" "Yup!" I took her hand. She smiled and picked up a stick and waving it about as we walked, "What's dat disgusting smell" "Wild garlic I would think" "Garlic bread trees?! " "Sorta" I chuckled picking her up and putting me on my shoulders, "I want all teh garlic bread in the world!!!!!" I laughed, Maddy sighed "Dis makes me sad" "Why is that honey" "It's wike bambi when it's mommy died, it makes me sad" "Aww but it's not really baby" "But it is, people shoot dem, that's someone's mommy deer" she said sadly "Your right baby " We got to the water fall, The water glistened with the sun, What a sight

"Woah, dis is so pretty" I smiled She gasped and leaned by the stream, "Wook it's a hedge hog" She picked the lil guy up and clapped him, "Can I keep him" "Okay but we need to get him a proper bed and things," "Okay, I'll pay you I has - "Not like that silly,mill buy it" She blushed and kissed my stomach and hugged my tight, "Come on let's take a picture by the fall"
