Ugly

-Chris's POV-

I carried Madelyn upstairs and helped her into a oversized shirt.
I looked at all the bruises on her arms and legs and looked back up at her eyes sadly.
She glanced at me. Ur looked back down
She tried to stand up but she struggled.
"Here let me help you" I said
She took both of my hands and I helped her limp to the bathtub.
I lowered her in the tub making her winter and grasp on my arms,
"It's alright, it's alright try not to struggle too much darling"
She  whimpered and she shook like crazy,
I got a jug of cold water and poured it over her burns,
She cried and flinched.
"I'm sorry darling" I said kissing her cold cheek.
I got her out and she got herself into some pyjamas.
She got out of the bathroom and she headed to her bedroom.
I yawned and began to read a book before bed.
However the forces of writing zoned me out and I ended up getting dragged into the world of fiction and read for around two hours.
What got me out of my reading zone however was infact a scream.
Coming from maddy's  room.
I jumped out of bed and into her room where she was shaking, tossing and turning, her eyes scrunched shut with tears running down her face.
I put my hands on her shoulder to stop her moving and she woke up at that.
She sat up immediately and looked over at me who was now sitting on the end of her bed.
"try get some sleep my darling"
"I'm sorry I'm being so childish having these nightmares"
"It's not your fault Maddy doll" I whispered
She then accepted and lay back down,
I got on my knees in the floor and brushed my fingers across her head where her hair used to be.
"I bet you miss my soft hair"
"Do you miss it?"
"Always."
"I think you suit anything, you have a lovely head shape"
"Stop trying dad" she sighed sadly turning to the side.
I lay in the other half and pulled her close,
"I'm not I'm just trying to convince your brain to realise how beautiful and precious you are"
"I'm not beautiful"
"What makes you think that"
"I look in the mirror and I hate what I see"
"I dint want you taking like that baby, your so meaningful to me and I can't bare to see you like this"
"I'm sorry I just can't help it, that's what I think"
"One day you'll realise it, it just takes time, I love you" I said kissing her nose.
"Love you more"

Hey guys
Sorry this is another filler.
I am exhausted
My date went well,he was really cute actually.
However he did want me to drink at the bar but I kept reminding him I physically couldn't cause I'm 16 and also I don't drink
Wait till I break that to him.
He also smokes but I don't mind.
He was nice.
Anyways I'm gonna go sleep.
