She needs me

-Floss's POV-

I lay in bed while Madelyn slept peacefully, her head in my shoulder,
I smiled and slowly moved out of the bed so I wouldn't wake her,
I headed down stairs quietly noticing Mr Cerulli and another man sit on the sofa eating crisps.
I gulped and nervously walked to them,
"S..sir"
"Oh, hey floss where is Madelyn"
"She's asleep, I think I'm gonna go now and let her sleep, I was wondering if me and Maddy could walk to school together tomorrow"
"If you like, just be careful though okay and make sure she walks with you home too"
"Okay bye Mr C and umm"
"Ricky" the man smiled
"Bye Ricky and Thankyou for letting me stay"
"Are you okay getting home"
"yes my dad lives not too far away"
I left and smiled,
I looked at the two bracelets I had,
They were friendship bracelets, each was half of a turtle,
I like zeh turtles.

-Chris's POV-

I sat up to go get a drink when my back cracked and seazed up,
Ricky heard my bones crack and shivered standing up
"Oooh that sounded sore"
I grunted and tried to balance myself against the k then counter,
I put my hand on my back as I tried to straighten it but I couldn't without it hurting.
" you okay"
"Back problems again"
"Yeah" I choked in serious pain,
"can you walk look let's get you to lie down"
Rick helped me lean on him and he bring me to the couch,
"Okay you need to rest-
"No I have to make dinner for Maddy" I said in pain
" not like that you aren't"
"It's six o clock I need to make her dinner"
"No Chris, you need to rest, look I'll stay over I can handle this, you take some pain killers and sleeping pills and rest up okay, I'll get her read for school tomorrow and everything okay"
I sighed. "I always tuck her in at night though"
"Chris seriously you need to get better okay you dint want her seeing you hurt do you"
"Your right"
Rick handed me some pills and before I knew it I was out, curled up comfortably with a blanket and a pillow to cuddle,

-Ricky's POv-
I headed upstairs to see Maddy fast asleep,
I smiled and sat on the edge of the bed and tucked her hair behind her ears,
Her nose twitched and she sneezed making me smile,
She then woke up and looked up at me,
"Wicky?"
"Hello there"
"Where  is Chwis"
"He's not well sweetie"
she gasped and sat up, "Chwis hurted?"
"Just his back hurts baby no need to worry" I assured putting my hand on her cheek,
"But-
"Shh shh it's okay he will be fine I promise, he needs to rest, now it's getting late you want some dinner?"
"Yes pwease"

Hey guys sorry the chapter is short,
I am so tired lately lol also I have three essays to do and they are all for Thursday and I'm still only on the first one.
It sucks school is killing me,
Anyways I hope you are all okay,
