Karlie's P.O.V

The sunshine lighting up the room and the subtle movement in the bed next to me forces my eyes open sooner than I'd hope to have them open. "Morning baby..." I hear Taylor whisper as I roll my head towards me. "Morning Tay, how are you today?" I question looking down at my beautiful fiancée as she rolls in my arms to look at me. "I'm great, looking forward to meeting your family but a little nervous." Taylor states being honest with me and I know she's being honest because I can see it in her eyes. The bluest of blue eyes meet mine making me smile at her as she burrows her head into my shoulder. "It will be amazing, they're going to love you." I gush at her. A simple smile from Taylor is enough for me to know that she may be nervous but I know that at the end of the day we are meant to be together. "I love you Taylor and I can't wait to introduce you to my mom, she's gonna love you." I watch Taylor nod and roll over as Joe jumps up on the bed and wags his tail expecting attention. Taylor being the animal lover that she is immediately jumps on it and pats him lovingly. "You're going to be there all day now," I state as Taylor laughs and shushes me before scratching Joe behind his ears making him roll over and expose his vast stomach where he's been too well fed by my neighbour Jen while I was away. "You're getting so big now Joe," I state joining in as Taylor stops patting him so he can rest peacefully.

As we both step out of bed and head into my bedroom, I turn on the shower and let it heat up before reaching into the bottom drawer of the cabinet and pulling out a toothbrush. "Here babe," I state handing it to Taylor. She nods and steps into the shower holding the toothbrush, "company?" she questions I nod and step in after her. I watch in content as she fiddles with the temperature and decides on turning it up a little to make it hotter. As she turns to face me I smile at her and quickly lean in for a kiss. "What was that for?" Taylor questions looking at me but reaching behind me for the loofa, "what can't I kiss my fiancée to wake her up in the morning, or simply shower her in adoration because I want to?" I question making Taylor throw her head back and laugh like a little kid. "No, no you can't Karlie. It doesn't work like that and you know it." Taylor states as I back her into the wall and move my hands up the sides of her lean, toned body. "Are you sure?" I sensually whisper to her. She nods but nuzzles into me making me kiss her lips, "are you getting fresh with me Karlie Kloss?" I feign hurt.
"Who me? Never baby, now pass me that loofa..." we go back and forward making little jokes as we massage the shower gel into each other's bodies, it's hard to believe that one month ago we have never even met and now we're engaged and Taylor is here in Toronto with me. I plan to show her the town and provide the best day ever for her before we meet my family this afternoon so the moment we are dressed, I drag her from the house despite her whining about being hungry, she soon stops when I promise a Canadian breakfast of her choice.

Taylor's P.O.V

"This place looks amazing Karlie!" I state excitedly as we enter into a café in downtown Toronto. The place is entirely decorated in 1920s deco and is my type of café, everything is vintage down to the photos on the walls and the decorations. Karlie nods and sits down at a café after being acknowledged by the woman working the counter. "It's really close to work so I come here very often. The woman behind the counter, her name is Cara and she's been here ever since I first walked in for coffee on my first day at the company. We've become really good friends over the years and I know she would love to meet you, if you're up for it." I nod quickly keen to meet Karlie's friends, especially here. "I'd love to. Do you want to order for us?" I question quickly but Karlie shakes her head, "oh no, I'm not like that. Order what you want and don't worry about what I want." I nod taken back by her insisting that I decide what I want not having it be what she wants. "Well what's good here?" I question as I run my foot cautiously up the inner calf on Karlie's leg, her eyes narrow lovingly at me. "Tay, we're in public." I nod and smirk at her, "Yes I know, I'm trying to see if you can resist me or not." She grins,
"You know that I can't but it's not fair if you attempt this now. But I guess that it's okay. Besides I know my mom will sit us next to each other tonight, so game on baby." She whispers sexually making my mouth drop as she raises her hand to Cara to gesture her over. I sit back stumped, I never guessed that it would actually backfire on me like that. But before I can do too much more Cara arrives.
