Finn had gone crazy. He literally lost himself when Clarke was taken by the Mountain Men. You stuck by him, even when he lashed out, or came up with some stupid plan that could have killed, not just him, but, everyone. You were the one that tried to hold it together. But that was easier said than done. So, eventually, you lost yourself as well.

It all started when Finn had killed all of those villagers, you saw the crazed look in his eyes. It was in that moment when he noticed Clarke, who had a mixed look of horror and shock, and whispered her name, that you assumed he would have gone over to her, happy to have seen her, but that's not what happened.

"You left me!" He spat out at her.

You were the closest to Finn, as Bellamy, Murphy, and the others were standing close by to Clarke as she came into view. You couldn't find yourself to move over to them. Finn's grip on his gun tightened as she glanced over to the dead bodies in the village, it enraged him that she didn't thank him, he claimed he was doing this for her.

"What have you done?" Her voice was almost non-existent.

"What I had to do." Finn stood his ground.

     "You had to do this?"

"It was necessary," he replied. You looked over to Clarke, then quickly over to Murphy, who was giving you a strange look. It wasn't one of hate, more of betrayal. You assumed it was because you hadn't moved away from Finn like the others had when he began shooting out bullets.

"This wasn't necessary, Finn." Bellamy shook his head and held a hand out to try and get Finn to see the error of his ways, to try and calm him down.

"Like you'd know what was necessary," he chuckled darkly.

"Finn, what are you saying?" Murphy sounded more confused than anything. He no longer looked like the bad guy.

"I'm not going to stop until every single one of them is dead." Finn quickly pulled you with him, before anyone else could get a word in, and ran out of the village.

You didn't know why he had picked you to go with him, he could have left on his own. Maybe it was your fault for not moving, but something deep inside of you agreed. A dark part of your mind whispering that he was right, that what he did was the right move. He didn't stop running, and neither did you.

Both of you found refuge in a hidden building, covered by foliage and overgrown weeds, plants, nettles and fallen rocks. The building was almost submerged in part of the mountain. Neither of you would have found it if it wasn't for you leaning on the open door to catch your breath.

"They won't find us here, no one will," Finn told you as he closed the door, that was hidden from sight, with the tendrils of drooping plants.

     "Why did you do it?"

"Why did I do what?" Finn glanced over to you as he paced the room, taking note of the boarded-up windows and lack of light in the room. His voice was angry, almost accusing. He was getting mad, thinking that you thought of him as a monster like the others for trying to get information about Clarke.

"Take me with you?" You saw him almost visibly relax at your words, they weren't accusing him of murder like you should have, but instead, you sounded innocent.

"Because I need you." With that, he walked through one of the empty doorways into another room.
