Elise's P.O.V.

"How the hell are we gonna get out of this? No one knows where we are, we don't even know where we are, we're trapped inside a cage in the cabin of a cannibal, and even if we were to escape we still have to worry about those mouther things."

"That sounds like the plot of a 'Wrong Turn' movie." Riley stated.

"And you know who survives in the 'Wrong Turn' movies?" Asked Maddy. "No one. As I said earlier, we're gonna die."

"There has to be a way..." I mumbled.

Suddenly the door to the room opened and after seconds of us holding our breaths in fear, Logan walked in.

"My dad is cooking." He said as he came up to the cage. "When I let you out you have to be quiet and go out the back."

He tugged on the latch as hard as he could and it snapped open.

"Why are you helping us?" I asked.

"Because this is wrong." He answered. "Hurting people is wrong."

"Won't you get in trouble?" Madison asked.

"Probably."

"What'll happen?"

"Something bad...."

"Then come with us." I said. "I know you don't like staying here."

"I cant. Now go, you're running out of time."

I was so hesitant to leave without him. He was such a good kid.

But at that point we really didn't have much of a choice.

Maddy and I went to help Riley up but he stopped us.

"You two go." He insisted.

We both looked at him like he'd lost his mind.

"What? No way." I retorted.

"Just go. I don't want anything to happen to Logan for helping us. I'll just tell Satan that you two managed to break out. Plus, if I go with you we won't get very far with my broken leg. Without me you'll get a lot further."

"Riley we're not leaving you here." Said Madison.

"The longer you wait the more time you're wasting.

"If you're staying we're staying." I stated.

"Can you two just please leave? Damn I'm trying to save your lives but you're being stubborn as fuck. Just go! Find help! If you stay then we wont ever get help and we'll all just end up dead. What good is that gonna do?"

"He's right." I said to Madison. "We need to find someone."

"I really don't like this idea." She responded.

"Neither do I but its our best shot."

After what seemed like forever we finally agreed to leave and go find help.

Maddy and I tiptoed as quietly as we could out of the room and followed Logan to the back of the cabin.

Which meant we had to pass the kitchen first.

Our steps became even lighter a we approached and we pretty much held our breaths the whole time.

Logan stopped us right in front of the kitchen.

He turned and looked at us with worry.

"He's not in there anymore."

"Where could he be?" Asked Maddy.
