Cassidy's P.O.V.

"A year!!!???!!!" I yelled after hearing the news.

"Unfortunately." Replied Stormy

"Babe calm down." Tommy said as he grabbed my hand.

"Don't tell me to calm down!" I shouted. "Why is Cato making us stay for a year?! He said 6 months! Now we have to wait 10 more months just to go home!"

"Um.... Actually..." Stormy began. "He added a year... So we're not going home for another 16 months..."

Oh my god.

"This is bullshit!" Yelled Journey. "Why is he doing this!?"

"Apparently things are worse than Cato thought." Said Tommy. "Its gonna take more time to take care of this."

"I'm not staying away from home for 16 months!" Lindsay exclaimed.

"You don't have a choice." River retorted.

Everyone was pissed.

I stormed out of the living-room and went outside.

I couldn't believe this was happening.

Tommy walked up behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Maybe this isn't so bad." He said.

"I won't get to see my parents or Danny for 16 months...."

"But look at the brightside... Now we can spend even more time together."

"We can spend the same amount of time together back in Minnesota." I remarked.

"Not really. Once we get back to Minnesota, Stormy and I will have to go back to work. Which requires that we travel a lot. Meaning I won't get to see you as much as I want to."

I turned and faced him as I leaned back against the railing.

I brought my hands up to his face and placed them on his cheeks as I kissed him.

"Like I said..." He began. "Maybe this isn't so bad."

"Can you go make out with my sister somewhere else?" Riley asked as he walked outside. "I have to study."

"Why can't you study inside?" Asked Tommy.

"Because I focus better outside now move along."

I rolled my eyes and grabbed Tommy's hand as we went back inside.

"Your brother really doesn't like me." He chuckled.

"That's because he likes River." I replied.

Tommy and I had been together for about a month now.

He was amazing.

There was a part of him that I never realized until we were together.
