Cassidy's P.O.V.

I took off running back towards the house.

My tears were literally waterfalling down my face.

"Cassidy wait!" Madison yelled as she ran after me, crying just as hard as I was.

As soon as I reached the front porch of my parents house I threw up in a bush. I felt extremely sick to my stomach.

Madison caught up to me and placed a hand on my back.

"Just relax." She said, sadness breaking through her voice.

I found it ironic how hard she was crying as well yet trying to get me to relax.

After my puking session I bursted through the front door and ran inside.

"Dad!" I yelled while in the middle of still breaking down.

I didn't hear him so I ran towards the kitchen.

"Dad where are you!?"

I was a mess.

I couldn't even see because my eyes were full of so many tears.

I ran into the kitchen and stopped dead in my tracks.

"Cassidy?"

It was River.

"I hate you..." I managed to say as I broke down even more.

Suddenly Madison fell to the ground, bawling, and just laid there.

Max jumped up and ran over to her.

"I can't-" I couldn't even finish my sentence.

River cautiously walked up to me.

"Why are you crying?"

"I hate you!!!" I yelled again. He reached for me and I started hitting and punching him, letting out all of my sadness, anger, and fear. "I hate you I hate you I hate you!!!!!"

"Cassidy stop!" He shouted.

But I couldn't.

I kept hitting and punching, feeling worse than I'd ever felt in my life.

He grabbed my hands and pushed me up against the wall, pinning me there with his body so that I couldn't move.

He stared down into my eyes as I cried and cried.

I closed my eyes and let my head fall onto his shoulder.

"I thought you were dead." I heard Madison say to Max as he wrapped his arms around her and held her.

"I hate you...." I whispered one last time, letting my tears soak into his shirt.

We'd been laying in bed for the past two hours. Not once saying a word.
