"Regina?... Jeremiah?.." I asked.
"Hello." They responded. I looked at Jeremiah. He got so big, so tall, so handsome. Jeremiah's about 12 yeats old.
I don't understand why they're coming back now? Something ain't right. Regina could've texted me on social media or something.
"What the hell y'all doing here?" I asked putting all my feelings to the side. I know I should probably be crying and shit right now but at this moment, I don't want to see neither of them.
Yeah that's my son and my babymama but I don't fucking care. I tried reaching out to them billion of times and they threatened to call the cops on me so fuck them both.
"Woah, is that a good way to say I miss you?" Regina asked. I looked at her and rolled my eyes.
"I tried saying that bullshit millions of times! You both rejected my connections and threatened to call the cops on me. I really tried being there but you were being --"
"Baby what's going - Oh my god.." Lee said coming behind me and she covered her mouth. "Jeremiah, is that you?"
He nodded. Lee went to hug him and I grabbed her arm pulling her back into the house.
"Don't .. Something ain't right for them to just be coming here out the blue like this." I told her and Regina smacked her lips rolling her eyes
"Erica I don't have time for your bullshit, I'm letting you see him and this what you do? You suspecting that we're on some spying shit? Really?! See Miah, this is why I don't want you around here. She's fucking crazy!" Regina yelled.
I walked away going to the backyard calling myself down. I really needed to get away from that door frame in front of her because I was close to just choking her ass in front of Lee and Jeremiah.
"Aye man, what's going on?" Briana asked approaching me.
"Regina and Jeremiah, they at the door man! She fucking crazy. I don't know what the fucks going on, but I know they here on some spying shit. I just got a feeling."
She frowned looking at the house. "You fo'real like they really here?"
"YEA MAN GO LOOK!" I yelled . I seen some of the kids look at me and Swae nem.
"Come on." She said grabbing my arm and we walked back inside.
I seen Lee talking to Regina and Jeremiah still. What the fuck is she doing? She always doing the opposite shit of what I be doing or saying.
"Regina y'all need to go," Briana said.
"Oh Briana please, you don't live here and Jeremiah is not your child. So this is NOT your business." Regina spat.
"Ion give a fuck! You and Jeremiah can turn y'all asses around and get the fuck!" She yelled back.
"Dad.." Jeremiah said and I looked at him seeing tears in his eyes. "Please, don't do this." He said. I felt the tears just ready to bawl out my eyes any second so I turned around facing the wall. "Please.." He begged crying even more.
I screamed punching a hole in the wall and covered my face in my arms leaning up against the wall.
"Erica," Lee said wrapping her arm around me and I continued to cry. I felt another set of arms around me as well.
"Dad I'm sorry." Jeremiah said hugging me and crying on my back.
"Erica, hug him back." Lee said in my ear. I hesitated at first but then turned around holding my son close to me in my arms.
We both were bawling crying. I haven't seen my son in years. He's 12 years old now and he's back. This is my chance to rebuild my relationship with my son.
But it's just all weird that they're back all of a sudden. But you know what, maybe I'm just overreacting.
This is my time and I'm gonna take it.

"I love you." He said in my chest and I sighed staying quiet. I couldn't say anything. I'm 100% speechless. His last words to me was that he hated me and didn't want anything to do with me and now he's saying he loves me.
Lee
I wiped my teary eyes watching Jeremiah and Erica share a long hug. You could see all the love between them. The pain, the hurt between the two of them.
I looked away and Briana hugged me. "Its gonna be okay lil sis." She said in my ear and kissed my forehead.
"Oh my god, I can't take this." Regina said. I glanced over at her seeing her crying. I hesitated at first but I let go Briana walking over to Regina and hugged her. She cried hugging me back. "I'm so sorry.." She cried on my shoulder and I closed my eyes closing the door letting her continue to cry.
"Its okay, you brought him back and that's all that matters. Please allow them to have their mother and son relationship again." I begged her and she sniffed sitting up and nodded.
"I'm willing to do that. I even want to become good co- parents ."She said and I looked away.
I can do having Jeremiah around but being co-parents with Regina gonna have to take some time getting used to.
She could just be doing this to get back with Erica.

"Um .. we're gonna have to work on that." I said letting her go and I seen Erica and Jeremiah departing from their hug.
"Listen, I'll give you my instagram and stuff and I'll text you tomorrow alright?" Erica told Jeremiah and he looked at the backyard and then back at Erica and nodded. "I'll see you later man." He said kissing Jeremiah's forehead after giving Jeremiah her social media.
Jeremiah hugged Erica again and he started walking back over to Regina.
"You ready?" Regina asked. He nodded and I rubbed his back.
"See you guys later." I said closing the door and turned seeing Erica and Briana hugging.
I joined the hug and Erica let Briana go then hugged me breaking down crying.
"Ima leave y'all and go check on everybody in the back." Briana said.
"Thanks man." Erica said dapping Bri up.
"No problem."
Briana walked to the back and I kissed Erica.
"How do you feel?" I asked her as she sat on the couch and I sat in her lap.
She shrugged. "Its confusing but I'm happy. I'm ready to rebuild the relationship with him." She said. "I thought he wouldn't want anything to do with me any more. And when he hugged me, I broke down crying. I been waiting for that hug for the longest time." She said crying.
I awed wiping her tears. "Well we have another kid to take care of now." I said and she nodded her head. I played with her dreds. "Your parents would be so proud of you. How good of a parent you are." I said.
She looked away at the floor biting her lip. "I'm here for you Erica. Whatever you need, I'm by your side. 100%." I said.
"Thanks." She said and I grinned and we kissed. "I love you." She said.
"I love you too bae " I replied. I got up. "Now come on let's go back to the party before its too late." I said and we walked to the back hand in hand.
"Look at this dog." Erica said looking at the pool and Spikes was jumping in the pool. We both laughed.
