The Next Day 🌞...

I woke up the next morning and got up out the bed stretching. My phone was ringing. I picked it up without lookin who was calling.
"Hello?" I answered yawning.
"Hey Ms. Brown, you coming in today?" It was one of my co-workers, Destiny.
"Yeah, lemme get ready and I'm going to be on my way." I told her hanging up and pulled Erica's arm off of me and got out the bed walking to the bedroom.
I took a quick shower then got out wrapping a towel around my body and wet hair. I brushed my teeth and washed my face then grabbed my flat iron pluging it in. I took off the towel around my hair and then Erica walked in the bathroom kissing my neck wrapping her arms around me.
"You taking this one off too?" She asked tugging the towel that was around my body.
I giggled grabbing my blow dryer and shook my head.
"Nope baby, not this time. I have to get to the store." I said blow drying my hair out. Erica sighed yawning them used the bathroom. "Can you get my clothes for work too?" I asked.
"Yeah." I heard her respond.

"Okay guys I have to get to work, I love all of y'all." I said kissing all of the kids. Including Jeremiah.
"When are you coming back?" He asked following me to the door.
"I should be back home by 4." I responded and he nodded. I kissed his forehead opening the door.
"Damn you leave without giving me a kiss, bet." Erica said coming out of no where. I laughed pecking her lips two times.
"There, is that better?"
I went to walk away but she grabbed my arm pulling me back to her and grabbed my face tongue kissing me. "Erica, stop!" I said playfully slapping her chest.
"That's how you suppose to kiss me." She said smacking my ass biting her lip. I laughed walking out the house and walked to the Benz getting inside and drove out on the highway.

I was following this ambulance. I had an uneasy feeling because they taking the route that I take to my store.
I seen fire trucks and everything and I noticed a building on fire. I frowned seeing people outside.
IT WAS MY STORE!
What the hell is going on?!
I parked my Benz right in the middle of the street getting out seeing the paramedics rushing over to my workers.
"DESTINY WHAT HAPPENED?!" I yelled grabbing her arm aggressively. She had a black eye and my mouth dropped. "Destiny, what happened?" I asked her again.
She was crying. "Someone came here.. It was a woman. She was looking for you. She tried fighting us with her friends. They knocked Gully and the other girls held theirs down. Well .. some. One of the girls must've placed a bomb somewhere and when they left, the place blew up. We all escaped and now the place is .. burning.." I shook my head. "And she give this to you and for you to watch your back ." She handed me a paper. It read,
Like seeing your little store up in flames? This is only the beginning Lee so don't get too comfortable. I WILL be back..
I screamed throwing the paper on the ground and dropped to the floor crying. The store was ruined!
