Chapter 39

Cassandra

I sat next to Jacquees and everyone joined the table. We said Grace and then started eating. I glanced over at Tameka. She was of course on her phone. Knowing who she was already texting, I didn't say anything but sitting here in her presence knowing that she's talking to another person without Jarvis knowing, it wasn't comfortable.

"You good?" Jacquees whispered in my ear snapping me out my thoughts.

"Huh? Oh , y-yea." I lied knowing I wasn't. I really want to just want to blurt out what she's doing.

I looked over at the kids when she connected eyes with me.

"Mommy , this meat is weally good!" Malaya complimented. I laughed thanking my princess and continued eating.

I felt a little kick on my arm. I looked over my shoulder seeing Jac feeding Kaylin her bottle.

"You trynna get mommy's attention?" I asked tickling her tummy making her smile and continuing to drink her bottle.

"Aiden you got all your homework done buddy?" I asked walking in his room seeing him playing his game. I looked on his bed seeing his acholln work ready to be checked.

Looking through his stuff, he was good.

"Good job. Get ready for your bath too." I said walking out his bedroom and went check on Malaya.

She was playing tea party with her stuffed animals and I seen Jacquees wearing a pink boa with Kaylin sitting his lap wearing a purple on. It was so cute.

I took a quick picture sending it to my social media accounts then chuckled walking out the bedroom heading downstairs.

The house was peaceful being that everyone left after they ate. Greedy ass people I tell you. 

I cleaned up a little before heading back upstairs.

I got in the bed sitting next to Jacquees watching him work on a new song. Kaylin was laying next to him teething on her teething toy and call herself talking. Y'all know the baby talking and yelling.

"I like it.." I complimented. He looked at me and grinned taking his glasses off. "Ouu yummy!!" I cooed playfully nibbling on Kaylin's chubby legs. She's laughed watching me.

"Really , thanks. Its not much but yeah," I giggled and laid my head on his shoulder.

"I want you to come to the concert this weekend. You haven't been to my concerts in while because you've been wit the kids. You need a break." He said turning on the track.

He was right. Ever since the kids been born, I haven't been out to Jacquees's performances. I would only see them through video which such a because I actually would want to be there.

But, my babies come first before going out there.

"I'll think about it." I said looking at Kaylin and kissed her forehead.

"What was up with you today at dinner? Staring Tameka down the whole time." I sighed sitting up and moved over on my side of the bed. Kaylin turned over on her stomach and looked at Jacquees then cheesed.

She always does that. Jacquees doesn't even do or say anything. She would just look at him and smile. It melts my heart, she likes seeing her daddy's face.

Jacquees looked at me and pulled me back close to him but this time, closer.

"Your so corny," I giggle saying.

Kaylin screamed trying to push me.

"Hey , no ma'am. No pushing mommy." I said pointing at her and she like her bottom lip out looking at Jacquees. We laughed and she started whining. Jacques laid her on his chest as always. And he wonder why she's so spoiled. "Spoiled butt,"

"Yeah yeah , so what's going on?" He asked rubbing her back and continued working with his free hand.

"I don't want to say it. You might run your mouth to Jarvis and then a fight between Tameka and I are going to break out." I explained.

He frowned. "She fucking somebody else?"

I shook my head. "You know my cousin Tina right," Jac nodded. "Well .. apparently, she's gay. And she's attracted to Tameka. Now , Tameka said she isn't like that but the way they text and be on FaceTime , says different." I said shrugging looking away. "And she's coming down here so they can "hang" out together. And just so we won't be suspicous about them being together, they're going to say that she's here to hang out with me. They're using me as an excuse to be together."

Jacquees was quiet. I looked at him and seeing him on his phone. He put the phone to his ear.

"What are you doing?"

"Calling Jarvis," He answered. I grabbed the phone out his hand quickly hanging up.

"I knew I should've never told your ass shit! Uggh Jacquees this is why I don't tell you anything." I fussed seeing Jarvis was calling back. I pressed decline.

"What you trippin' for? You think I'm gon' let Tameka fuck over Jarvis and not do anything?" I stayed quiet. "And I'll be damned if she think she coming out here and using you. I shol' would like to know where she's staying." He added.

Jacquees was clearly pissed. I just stayed quiet and didn't day anything because then I don't want to be arguing with him.

"Just .. don't tell anyone , please." I begged and got up out the bed going check on Aiden and Malaya.

I know Cassandra doesn't want me saying anything right now but the more I hold this in, the more angry I get.

I knew Tameka would fuck around and meet somebody in California. I didn't except it to be a woman though.

But I mean, once a hoe, always a hoe.

But to keep my wife happy, I'll try my best and not say anything to Jarvis. That's my bro and everything but I also want to see this shit play out on its own.

Whatever happens, happens. I just hope this shit don't backfire in Cassandra's face.
