Chapter 86 { Luck }

- A Month Later -

Cassandra

It's been a month and I've been stuck with Jarvis. It's the worst time ever. He treats me like shit. Whenever his friends are over, he acts out infront of them and makes me feel low. Ontop of that, I'm Pregnant.

I seen my face multiple times over social media and the news. Each time, I cry. I miss my husband and my kids. Jarvis doesn't care.

It's like the hell hole living with Nicholas all over again. I damn sure don't miss that and damn sure don't want to be here for 2 years.

I was fishing through the pantry because I became extremely hungry. Especially with me being pregnant,  even more hungry.

"What you doing in here?" I jumped hearing Jarvis's deep voice behind me. Ever since he raped me a month ago, I've been disgusted by him.

He's not even a brother in law to me anymore. He's more like a stranger / rapist.

"I'm hungry Jarvis. And, I want to go home." I pouted.

"Home? You are home. How many times I have to tell you?"

"I mean my real home. With my husband and kids." I said flashing my ring in his face. I'm surprised he still let's me wear this thing and didn't try taking it off.

"Get that shit out my face. And since I got what I want, I held you long enough, I think it's about time I let you go." He said smoking his blunt and blowing it in my face. I pushed him away fanning the smoke out my face.

I was getting excited though that he said that but he could be lying. "Jarvis your serious right?! Like your really going to bring me home?" I smiled.

"Oh I ain't bringing you home. That lil' nigga gonna come get you. If you haven't noticed, were not at the same house i use to live in." He smirked.

"Then how will Jacquees find me?"

"Send him the fucking address, duh." He said and shook his head mumbling something. "I don't need you no more until the baby due. I know when the doc's appointments are and everything so don't worry about hitting me up either." He explained.

"Just explain to me, why? Why did you do it? You took advantage of me and got me pregnant. You know you can go to jail right?"

He laughed. "I can, but I'm not." He clapped back.

"Hm, how do you know that?"

He looked back then thened back to me forcefully grabbing my neck completely off guard, "Because if you tell, you die." He gritted.

"Jarvis you wouldn't dare.." I said pushing him off of me. "I'm pregnant. With your baby. If I die, the baby dies. You know you don't want that."

"Whatever. Here, let that nigga know where you at. Oh, and tell him make sure he ready for a challenge because it won't be a piece of cake." He winked tossing me his phone.

I ran upstairs and jumped in the bed going to Jacquees's contact. I called his phone hearing it ring. After the 4th ring, I heard Jacquees pick up.

"YOU SON OF BITCH! I KNOW YOU GOT MY WIFE AND WHEN I FIND YOU, I SWEAR TO GOD I'M GOING TO KILL -"

"JACQUEES IT'S ME!" I yelled over him and he stopped. There was a long pause. "Jac, s-say something.." I said and my voice started cracking.

"Babe this really you? Your alive?"

I broke down crying right then and there. I couldn't take it. Hearing his voice made me miss him even more.

"Yes, it's me." I said back. "Babe Jarvis said you can come get me..  but it won't be easy. I think he's setting a trap for you baby. I'm really scared but I really want to come home!" I cried.

"Okay okay babe don't worry. I'll just call Baron and everybody and we'll -"

Hearing him say Baron's name made me think about how much of a snake Baron was. The whole time he's been around here, he would tell Jarvis everything him and Jacquees would talk about on the phone.

"Baby don't .. I have to tell you something about Baron." I said lowly. Even though the guys are downstairs, Jarvis could easily be listening around the corner or some shit.

"What you talking about Cass?"

"Baron is working for Jarvis and he's been telling Jarvis everuthing you and him been talking about." I confessed.

"What? Baby stop playing." He laughed.

I sighed. "Jacquees I'm telling the truth. He's a snake. But don't say anything because then he'll know I said something .."

After getting off the phone with Jacquees which was about 3 hours, Jarvis brought me some food. I finished it in an instant my baby and I were so hungry.

I did not tell Jacquees about me being pregnant for Jarvis because knowing how he is, he'll think we had sex.

I just want him to evaluate everything for himself.  And the way Jarvis's mouth run, i know he'll snitch on himself.

I can't wait to see my husband again. Hopefully make it out alive. I want to see Jarvis dead or in jail. I feel disgusted that I'm having a baby by the man. I don't want to but I'm going to keep my child. I don't believe in giving babies away or aborting them. To me, its all horrible.

I know when Jacquees finds out I'm pregnant, he's going to be hurt. But hopefully he'll get over it and we'll be able to love this child like our own.
