Chapter 47 { Fake Sister }

2 Weeks Later...

Cassandra

I grabbed the breakfast table and put Jacquees's breakfast ontop. I carefully picked it up and started making my way upstairs. On my way to the bedroom, Jacquees came out the room on the crutches.

"Jacquees what the hell, get back in bed! You know you aren't suppose to be up right now." I told him.

He sighed. "Babe you do know I'm a grown man right? I'm fine." He got back in the bed looking at me.

"Your only "fine" because your on them pills. If it wasn't for them, you wouldn't be good how you are now. Your body is still healing and I'm here to take care of you."

"Cassandra I'm healing faster than what you think. Before to know it, I'm gonna be walking on my own again." He said and I rested the table infront of him.

"Jacquees I don't want to hear it." I said annoyed. Every time I get help him, he always gets this attitude  that he can just walk and everything in his own when I would see him struggling just to get up sometimes or even move.

I walked out the bedroom and went to the kids' room waking them up. After gettin them up, I went to Kaylin's room.

She was wide awoke laying on her back and playing with her little feet. I smiled standing over her.

"GoodMorning my little princess!!" I cooed and she looked at me and smiled. I picked her up kissing her chubby cheeks and laid her on her back again changing her diaper.

After changing her diaper, I slipped on a plain white onsie on her and carried her downstairs. Aiden and Malaya were at their little table in the living room eating and watching TV.

"Someone was hungry," I teased.

"Mommy is daddy up too?" Laya asked.

"Yeah when your finish you can go see him." I said putting Kaylin in her play pin and went fix her a quick bottle.

was playing with Kaylin while watching TV and the doorbell rung.

I got up opening the door seeing Tati on the other side.

"Omg Tati!!" I squealed. We hugged and I let her in. "What are you doing here?!"  I asked closing the door. She picked up Kaylin and Kaylin started whining reaching for me.

"Well .. I met this guy, online.." I held my hand up.

"Hollup, online? Bitch you better drop his ass right now!" I said taking Kaylin and she laughed.

"Let me finish!" She yelled and I shook my head. "Like I was saying, I met this guy. He's really sweet and save been talking for a good month. I like him." She smiled.

"Awee, what's his name?"

"His name is Terry." She explained. I nodded. "Have you talked to mom?"

I shook my head. "Not yet. Already had some stuff going on and didn't have the time.. Since your down, maybe you can go over there with me. "

"Yeah, I don't see anything wrong with that." She said and it got quiet. "Oh how Jacquees doing? I seen him with shooting and everything."

I rolled my eyes. "He's healing but his attitude is off the chain."

She laughed. "Have you guys found out who shot him?"

I shook my head, sadly. I really wish we could find whoever did this. Jarvis haven't got any info and its just alll frustrating knowing the person is still out there probably plotting they're next mission on Jacquees or possibly us.

"Daamn, I hope y'all do. Since I'm going to be out here now, I can help with whatever you need. You got my number, just call." She smiled.

I smilled back knowing she was on my side.

"Well let me go get dressed and we'll be heading over there to Mama's house." I stood up and Kaylin crawled over Tati's lap toward me.

"Bitch I didn't even get to know my niece yet and she already spoiled." Tati said and Kaylin stared at her. I giggled kissing Kaylin's forehead and walked towards the stairs.

I watched as Cassandra went upstairs. I looked away and took my phone out.

Tina ✊💗: " Did you make it there yet? What's going on? "

- " Yeah she totally fell for it. We're about to head to Mama's house now. "

Tina ✊💗: " Aight cool. Just try to get as close as you could to her. Tameka and I are going to stay in California until then. Make sure you update me on stuff and if anything happens, let me know. "

- " Okay and I sure will. Am I still getting paid? "

Tina ✊💗: " Duh Ta, were family! 😑"

I locked my phone looking at the TV.

Yes, I am here for Tameka and Tina. When Tina told me about what Cassandra nem did, I did think it was very fake of her.

But, that's typical Cassandra for you. 

Tina is paying me just to get her and Tameka close to them so that when the time is right, they'll come in and get revenge of whatever they want to do.

I know who shot Jacquees and everything is going to come out soon. Everyone will be surprised when they find out.

I could care less, I just want my money.
