Mira POV

"Can't believe you had the cheek to bring him." Erza sighed as she combed my silver long mane.

I shrugged and rested my chin on my palm. Something weird happened 2 days ago which made all the girls and I feel uneasy.

Flashback

"Thanks for fetching me back Laxus!" I grinned.

Laxus looked away and grunted a 'no problem'. He was holding up a purple umbrella, we were waiting by the traffic light. The rain poured on us mercilessly

Suddenly, the thunder began roaring crazily.

"GAH!" I screamed. Unconsciously, I jumped onto Laxus and grip onto his shirt.

I felt an arm wrapped around my waist.

"You'll be okay. As long as I'm here." He mumbled.

I blushed furiously. We stayed like that for a while when suddenly, lightning strike us.

Before I could react, I saw Laxus opened his mouth and he ATE THE GODDAMN LIGHTNING. At first I thought it was just my imagination but then I saw Laxus wiping his mouth.

I quickly took a step away from him and let the rain soak my uniform. "WHAT THE FUCK!" I screamed on the top of my lungs.

How can someone eat lightning? Am I delusional?

Laxus looked terrified. "Wait listen..Mira..I..Uhm I can explain!"

I placed my hands on my hips. "Then explain!" I demanded.

He sighed and dropped the umbrella on the floor. "I can do magic.."

My eyes widened. "Magic?"

Suddenly, memories of Meredy asking us about our opinions on magic flood my mind.

I placed my hand on my mouth. "Wait..it can't be true..can it?" I gasped.

He walked towards an alley and motioned his hand to follow him.

Once we were alone, he held his hand out.

"Keep a safe distant Mirajane." He chuckled.

I completely forgotten we were drenched!

His palm started to spark yellow. Lightning..

"Why is there lighting on the palms of your h-" I stopped when I felt a sharp pain on my head.

I stumbled backwards and fall on the floor. My body felt numb.

"MIRA!" Laxus yelled. He helped me up and kept me close to him.

I looked into his eyes and some..weird people flashed in my mind. I saw a green hair dude, a caramel hair girl and this masked guy. I was in a crowded room..Am I in a bar?

"Yo Mira! When are you coming back?" The green hair dude chirped.

I stood there speechless. My body felt warm..it felt like home.

Suddenly, I felt my shoulders being shook strenuously.

"Oi Mira! Come back to reality, will ya?" Laxus snapped.

I shook my head to snap back to reality and stood up properly since he was supporting my posture. "I'm sorry..I spaced out for a second there.." I mumbled.

He nodded and took off his jacket.

"Here, shelter yourself. We don't want you to get sick." He smiled.
