Vegeta X Reader (Lost Love)

I sighed and looked up to my daughter

"Kerta! No flying in public! Don't make me tell you again" I sternly said as I grabbed her leg and pulled her back to the ground

"I know mama but it's so fun!" Kerta giggled

My 6 year old daughter gasped when she saw the park

"Look! We're here!" She giggled and ran towards the slide

"Careful" I called out as I sat on a bench

I watched Kerta play alone for a little while. Suddenly a small blonde haired girl came running from the other side of the park

"Hi! I'm Marron! Can I play with you?" She asked

"Sure!" Kerta giggled and the pair ran around together

I felt a familiar energy and turned to see Krillin walking towards me

"Krillin?" I stood up and met him half way

"Y/n!!" He pulled me in for a big hug

I laughed and hugged the small man back

"How's it going??" He asked as he looked me up and down

"Great! What are you going here?" I asked him

"Oh! Marron wanted to play at the park today" he smiled

"Marron..like that little girl?" I pointed to Kerta and her friend

"Yup! That's my little Marron!" He proudly smiled

"Wow Krillin! You and 18 huh?" I giggled and walked to the bench

"Yeah. She's amazing. I love her so much" he got lost in his thoughts for a moment

I giggled at him. He seemed to love 18 more than anything. I wish I had that

"Why are you here?" He asked me

I nodded towards Kerta and smiled

"She's yours?!" He asked

"Yup" I smiled

"Y/n..she looks just like Vegt-"

"Don't say that name" I snapped

"He doesn't know..does he?" Krillin asked

"No. And we keep it that way. Got it?" I harshly said

"Y/n..that's not right! If 18 kept Marron a secret from me I'd be crushed" he said

"Well 18 didn't tell you she hated humans and felt they were weak and pathetic, did she? She didn't tell you she hated being held back by a human,  did she?" I asked

He looked down and softly asked "Vegeta said that?"

I sighed and nodded yes

"Dang.." he said as he looked to the girls

"I won't tell" he smiled at me

"Thanks Krillin" I smiled back

After a few hours of catching up and watching the girls play, Krillin looked to his watch and gasped

"Marron! We gotta go!" He stood up as the girls ran to us

"Why?" Marron asked

"Mom wants us home by 5" Krillin said

"Awe.." Marron looked to Kerta. Kerta hugged her and giggled

"We gotta listen to our moms!" She said

Marron nodded in agreement and grabbed Krillin's hand

"We should hang out again. In secret" he laughed
