Goku X Reader (Denial)

Goku and I have been friends for years. We met when he and I were 9 and 10. I've always seen him as an older brother

*When Goku was 15 and Y/n was 14*

"Just go away, Kevin" I said as the school bully followed me home

"I just wanna talk" he chuckled

"I don't" I said as I began walking faster

Kevin grabbed my arm and gripped it

"I just wanna talk" He said again

"Leave her alone" Goku said as he landed behind Kevin. Kevin turned around and scoffed

"Who's the nerd? Your boyfriend?" He laughed

"Nope. He's my brother. And he's gonna kick your ass" I giggled

Goku grabbed Kevin by his hood and pulled him back. He let my arm go and looked back to Goku. Goku spun Kevin around and punched him in the face. Kevin fell to the ground and instantly began crying

"Thanks!" I giggled as Goku walked over to me

"You're welcome" he smiled and walked me home

*Present Day*

I watched Goku and Vegeta fly around in Bulma's yard. They were racing to see who was faster.

"Gooo Gokuuu!!!" I cheered as they flew past Chi-Chi, Bulma, and I

"Calm down, Y/n. He doesn't need a cheerleader" Chi-Chi scoffed

Chi-chi was Goku's wife. She's never liked me. She tricked Goku into marriage and I always call her out on it

"He also didn't need a wife. Yet here you are" I shrugged

Bulma choked on her drink and nudged me in the side. She always tried to keep the peace between us

"Excuse me?" Chi-Chi said

"GOOOOOOO GOOOOKKKUUUUU!!!!!!" I shouted even louder. Goku looked over to us and smiled at me. Chi-Chi scoffed and crossed her arms

"Alright guys! Whoever crosses this line first, WINS!" Krillin shouted as he drew a line on the ground. The two Saiyans raced for the finish line, bashing into one another on the way

Goku crossed first and came to a sudden stop. It surprised Vegeta and he crashed into the Saiyan, causing them to both fall to the ground

"KAKAROT!!" Vegeta shouted

I jumped up and ran over to them. I pushed Vegeta out of the way and helped Goku up. I hugged him

"Congrats on winning! You're amazing!" I giggled as I pulled away

"Thanks!" He smiled and giggled

Chi-Chi pushed me out of the way and hugged her husband. I rolled my eyes and turned to help Vegeta up off the ground. I extended my hand out to him but he smacked it away

"I don't need the help of some pathetic human" He snapped at me

"Hey! Don't you be mean to her!" Goku harshly said to Vegeta as he pulled away from Chi-Chi

"Why do you care?" Chi-Chi scoffed

"Well...cause she's my best friend" He shrugged

I giggled to myself as I saw the rage form in Chi-Chi's eyes. She hated me and hearing her husband say I was his best friend? I think she snapped

"EXCUSE ME!? I AM YOUR WIFE!! I AM YOUR BEST FRIEND!!!! GOT IT!!!??" Her screams echoed through the town.
