Cooler X Reader (Frieza's #1)

"Y/n!" Lord Frieza called out as he knocked on my door

"H-Huh?" I sat up in bed and rubbed my eyes

"Get up!" Lord Frieza snapped

"Huh, wha- SHIT" I jumped up and ran around my room, looking for my uniform. I grabbed it and threw it on as fast as I could. I threw open my door and combed my hair with my fingers

Lord Frieza rolled his eyes and turned around, putting his hands behind his back. I closed my door and quickly followed him

"Y/n, why do I, Lord Frieza, constantly have to wake you up!? You're MY assistant!" He asked me

"Well...technically, Lord Frieza, I'm your #1. That doesn't mean assistant. It means I'm at your command in battles and by your side during meetings, helping with decisions, running the army when you aren't here, etc. Not someone who gets you coffee and snacks" I chuckled

Lord Frieza grunted because he knew I was right. Lord Frieza found me when I was 6 years old. I lived on a Planet called Tropkelf. Our planet was slowly dying due to poison, pollution, and wars. Lord Frieza and his army took over my planet and spared my life. I quickly became attached to him. He raised me to be a warrior and I soon became the strongest person in our army, second to Lord Frieza.

I didn't know much about him. I knew he had a father and brother out there somewhere but he never spoke about them. I was always curious to know who they were

"So. What's on the agenda for today?" I asked Lord Frieza as we walked by the cafeteria

"I have an important meeting today. I need you by my side" he stopped walking and looked to Zarbon, who was standing by the training room door. While they engaged in conversation,  I looked over and saw they were serving pudding in the cafeteria. I looked back to Lord Frieza and watched him as I slowly snuck away to grab some.

I backed up and kept my eyes locked on Lord Frieza. I made it to the pudding cart and grabbed as many cups as I could carry. When I turned around Lord Frieza was standing behind me

"We have pudding in the MEETING ROOM! We are ALREADY LATE BECAUSE OF YOU!!!" He shouted. I jumped and nearly dropped my cups

He grunted and turned back around. I suddenly heard someone snickering at me. I looked over to see Zarbon had moved by the trash cans. I dropped my pudding cups and sent a small blast his way. He flew back into the wall and hit the trash cans on the way to the floor

I giggled and ran to catch up with Lord Frieza. We walked into the meeting room and I froze. There was a creature who looked just like Lord Frieza. Well, not just like Lord Frieza. This one was very handsome

"Ah, Frieza. Nice to see you actually show up" He chuckled. His voice was beautiful. I stared at him as Lord Frieza walked to the other end of the table and sat down

The other creature locked eyes with me. It felt like he was staring right into my soul. I had strong and sudden urge to jump on him and let him take me right here

"Y/n!" Lord Frieza snapped at me. My eyes darted to my Lord. I cleared my throat and quickly walked over to his side. I looked back to the handsome creature and he was smirking at me

"Now, Frieza, let's talk" He said

"I called you here because I need some help, brother" Lord Frieza sighed

"Brother?!" I blurted out. They both looked to me. My eyes went wide and I quickly covered my mouth with my hands

"Who is this...Beautiful creature?" The man asked as he eyes every inch of my body

"Beautiful?" Lord Frieza and I both asked in unison. I shot Lord Frieza a look. Why did he seem so surprised to hear someone call me beautiful???

"Yes" The man smirked at me

"I'm Y/n, sir. Lord Frieza's second in command" I gave him a small nod.

He stood up and walked towards me. He slowly reached out and took my hand in his

"I'm Frieza's older brother, Cooler" he said as he gently kissed my hand. My face went red and I was actually speechless. I've never had anyone act like this towards me. Normally everyone's scared to even look at me because I'm always with Lord Frieza

"I-I'm Y-Y/n" I stumbled over my words

"You already told him your name" Lord Frieza said. He crossed his arms and stared at me with his classic 'You're getting on my nerves' look

"O-Oh. R-Right" I nervously giggled. Cooler smiled and let my hand go. He sat back down and stared at me

"Can we get on with it?!" Lord Frieza asked

"Very well. What do you need my help for?" Cooler broke eye contact with me and looked to his little Brother

"I'm having an issue with a few Saiyans. They proved to be stronger than expected. My pathetic army isn't enough" Lord Frieza said

"Saiyans? Didn't you kill their entire race, brother?" Cooler chuckled

Lord Frieza grunted "I did. But it seems a few...slipped through the cracks. Among the few is Prince Vegeta"

"Interesting. I can do away with them. But I want something in return" Cooler said

"Name it" Lord Frieza smiled

"Y/n" Cooler looked to me

"Me?"
"Y/n?"

Lord Frieza and I asked in unison

"Yes" Cooler chuckled

"Why?" I asked him

"Because I've never met someone like you. You're Frieza's right hand man, yet you don't fear him. You show respect but not fear. You know you're strong and you're proud of it. But not in an annoying cocky way" Cooler looked to Lord Frieza

Lord Frieza scoffed "I'm not annoying"

Cooler nodded "Right...anyways. I'd like someone like you to work with me. I'll take care of those Saiyans. If I can have Y/n on my crew" He said

"No" Lord Frieza harshly said

"Really?" Cooler sounded surprised

"Yes, really. I actually enjoy Y/n. You're right, brother, she isn't like others. I won't let you have her. Pick something else" Lord Frieza said

"Awe! Come on, Lord Frieza. He never said permanently! Just while he kills the Saiyans. I'll be back In like a month" I begged Lord Frieza. I really liked being his second in command but I reeeaalllyy wanted to go with his brother

So much mystery to that man. I needed to know more

"Fine. But one month! That's it!" Lord Frieza said

I clapped and gave Lord Frieza a quick hug. He and his brother shook hands and we walked to Cooler's ship

"I'll miss you, Lord Frieza!" I said as I stood on the ramp of the large spaceship

"Mhm" he nodded towards me. I knew he'd miss me too

Cooler placed his hand on the small of my back and gently pushed me towards the opening of the ship. I walked up the rest of the ramp and inside

"This ship is pretty huge" I said as Cooler and I walked down the hall

"I think you'll enjoy your time here" he softly said as he stopped walking. Cooler looked down to me and smirked

I stared up into his eyes and felt my face go red. Being around this man for a whole month was gonna be an interesting challenge

"I-I think so too"
