I've been in love with my best friend for years now. She doesn't know it. She doesn't even know I'm gay.

Bulma walked out to the pool where I was swimming and smiled at me

"God that body..that bikini is so tight against her breasts.."

I smiled and waved to her

"Hey babe!" Shouted Yamcha as he came running over

"Yamcha" I rolled my eyes at him

He was such a jerk. She deserved better than that cheating, lying, lazy boy

"Oh hey Yamcha" she smiled at him and he hugged her

They both got in the pool

"So what you ladies up to?" He winked at me

"WE were having a GIRLS only day today" I said

"Sorry I ruined it haha!" He laughed

"Technically it's still a girls only day" I looked him up and down

Bulma giggled at my comment. I loved her laugh. It was always so pure and genuinely happy.

"Shut up Y/N" he snapped at me

"Yamcha! You be nice!" Bulma shouted at him

"Why should I!?" He stood up

"She's always making comments about me and being mean! She's a bitch!"

"Yamcha!" Bulma screamed at him

"Nah it's fine B. I know I'm mean to him. It's because I'm secretly jealous of you for dating him"

"R-really?" Yamcha said

"No. I think you're a loser who doesn't deserve her"

Bulma laughed and Yamcha stomped away and to his car

"I'm sorry I made him leave B" I said as I scooted closer to her

"Its fine. He's been getting on my nerves lately anyways" she splashed me a little

"I love you"

*2 days later*

Bulma called me crying

"He did it again!!"

"I'll be right over!" I hung up and drove as fast as I could to her place

I walled in with chips and ice cream

"B!!" I yelled for her

"My room" she yelled back. Her voice sounded broken

I walked in and saw her on her bed crying

"Bulma.." I sat next to her and rubbed her back

"Why do I stay with him?? He's always cheating on me!!"

"I know B..I know..fuck him dude. You need someone who genuinely loves you and wants you. Someone who appreciates YOU!"

"Maybe I should try it out with girls..they seem to know what they want"

I nervously laughed and removed my hand from her back

"Seriously Y/N. Being with a girl has always been something I've wondered about. How would it feel? Probably amazing" her face turned a light pin
