Nameless Ghoul HC - Fathers

Answer:

Aether: could not be happier. he's been practicing for this one his entire life (he's been taking care of the other ghouls for long enough he's ready tbh). immediately goes into planning mode. probably the most helpful out of all of the ghouls. makes sure that his s/o is perfectly comfortable and does everything he can to make their life as easy as possible during the pregnancy. as a father, Aether is so loving and supporting. mommy has to play the bad cop when discipline is necessary, because this ghoul could never stay mad at such a cute little face. he knows the importance of making sure people around him feel safe, and loved, and that translates well into the behavior of his little one.

Dew: loses his mind! what? I'm going to be a dad? like, a real father? an actual daddy? after he accepts that everything is about to change, he couldn't be more happier. this ghoul makes the most personal changes during the pregnancy. he really learns what it means to put others first and be selfless and consider the consequences of his actions. that baby has already taught Dew so much about life before it's even started it's own life. even though he's becoming more responsible by the day, Dew still has that little spark of mischievousness that will never go away, so he's happy to have a tiny little partner in crime to do stuff with, even if he does have to clean everything up before mommy gets home. definitely a "don't tell your mother" type of dad.

Rain: instantly cries happy tears. also has never wanted anything in life but to have a happy little family of his own. you see, Rain never had a wonderful childhood, so he wants to do his very best to make sure his child has everything they could ever need, and that their household is a place of love and warmth and honesty. He knows that will matter a lot as the child begins to grow and think for themselves and adapt to their surroundings, and Rain wants to make sure that they always feel welcomed and safe in their sanctuary. as a daddy, Rain makes communication a primary focus. decorates his little bundle of joy's bedroom with ocean themed things like little fishies and waves and cute things!

Swiss: multi-ghoul becomes multitasking ghoul! when the initial shock of becoming a parent wears off, and the happiness starts to set in, he couldn't be more excited. Swiss loves to be on the go and detests boredom so baby planning is his go to thing when he can't find anything else to do. everyone is worried about how he'll balance work, and being a good husband/boyfriend, and becoming a daddy, but there's no one better suited to wear all these hats than the multi-ghoul himself. besides, all that energy is great during the first few months when the baby needs something every five minutes.

Mountain: the Earth ghoul deeply values partnership and takes this new venture as a way to help him and his s/o become closer and more in touch with each other. brings home wildflowers every single day for his s/o. he's so excited to take his new little boy or girl on every adventure he can possibly think of, and finally have a little partner in crime to explore with. every day that he possibly could he would plan a day of outdoors stuff with his child, like swimming and hiking and walking through the forest, or simply sitting in a garden, and when they were old enough, he would take them camping every chance he got. super involved in making sure his child has plenty of wonderful experiences and memories.
