Ronald leaned forward in his seat, "Wait, so this all happened while I was sleeping last night?"
"Yeah, living together has just made me realize that you sleep like a log."
"Aren't you lucky." Briella lifts her head up from her desk, turning it so she was facing her two friends, "I wake up easily, and you know what Jackson was doing last night?"
Ronald groaned in disgust, "And his parents didn't stop it?"
"Apparently they don't care what he does." Briella shut her eyes for a moment, ignoring the fact that she was supposed to be doing the work for math. "I just wanted some sleep, but no. I get to hear Lydia moaning like a damn banshee."
"That's gross." Zelda covered her mouth and shivers, "I'm kind of grateful that the only thing that happened last night was getting scared by Derek."
"That thing is such a dick." Briella spits as she recalled how he used the fact that he was big and scary to intimidate her. It worked but now she was thinking that he didn't exactly touch her, so just how aggressive will he get if he needed something from her.
"But he's hot." Ronald sinks back in his seat and waves his face, "You have to at least admit that he's attractive."
With the roll of her eyes, Briella bluntly says, "He's not."
Zelda blinked a few times before snickering, "Dude, did you just lie?"
"Holy shit-" Ronald laughed, but grew quiet when the teacher shot the three a dirty look, "You do think he's attractive."
"So? That doesn't stop the fact that I think he's an asshole." Briella just wanted to take a few minutes to nap but her friends had something else in mind.
Zelda smiles, the fact that she could tell when people were lying now was actually pretty cool. With great power comes great responsibility, or great catastrophe if you think about it. "At least he's never scared you. Dude, I thought that man was going to rip my tongue out if I spoke."
"I like how he knows where we all live now." Briella shakes her head and lifts it up lazily. Her bangs were messy from laying on the table, but she didn't really care that much.
"All live?" Ronald jolts in his seat and leans as close as he can to Briella, "Hold up, no, no. We're not going to slide past this like you didn't just say what you just said."
"Why are you spazzing out?" Briella flinches away from him, not answering his questions or continuing the conversation.
"Dude-" Zelda reached out and slapped Briella's arm, "Did he visit you too?"
Ronald releases a little whine, "If she doesn't answer then you can't tell if she's lying. Which isn't very fair."
Zelda pouted over to her friend, "Briella, I thought you played fair."
