Briella glanced back at Allison and her grandfather, when she noticed him stop Ronald. There was a brief interaction before Ronald went out on the field after coach called for him. She wanted to squint so bad now, but turned away when his eyes moved to where she was.
Coach walked over to her and Stiles, "Who or what is that genetic experiment gone wrong?"
Staring out at the field, Briella and Stiles watch that very student ram into one of theirs. Stiles winced and answered, "Eddie Abramovitz, Coach. They call him the Abomination."
Coach released a nervous chuckle, "Oh, that's cute."
Jackson came over to Scott and Zelda, "Hey, you two-" He shot the pair the dirtiest look he could muster, "What the hell are you waiting for? This is semi-finals. Bring that 'roid-head into the ground."
"Us?" Zelda points at herself and then to Scott.
Scott only shook his head in disbelief, "You're the one who said that I was a cheater."
"And that freak of nature being on the field is fair?" Jackson demanded, "Do something!"
"We can't." Scott hisses under his breath, "Not while Allison's grandfather is here."
Briella sighs and nudges at Stiles, she nodded her head to the side and the pair got off the bench. She was almost careful while she walked around because she didn't want Gerard to see her. Once under the stands, she moved over to where Allison was and quickly snagged the keys from her. She dangled the keys in front of him with a smile as they took off towards the school.
"Don't go and show that around."
Briella rolled her eyes, "Who else is going to see it? Besides, it looks like normal keys to people."
"I-" Stiles went to argue but stopped, "Okay, nevermind, that's a fair point."
"I'm usually right." Briella yawned loudly, which made Stiles eye her, "Not sleeping cause of homework."
"Yeah, but the lack of sleep you look like you're getting is..." Stiles got distracted for a second when he noticed Lydia, "Is that... Is she crying?"
"Stiles-" Briella hissed as he ran over to Lydia's car window, "No, she-" Lydia wouldn't even talk to her or Allison about anything, let alone Stiles. She stood a few feet away with her arms crossed, waiting for him to hurry up.
Briella was a little worried about Lydia, but it wasn't like she would tell her anything. She was just acting like everything was completely normal. Like she didn't get bitten by an Alpha.
"Stiles!" She hissed at him again when she heard the scoreboard, "We need to go now."
"Uh-" Stiles looked back at Lydia in her car, "Can you just give me five minutes? I know, I'm sorry. Just, but, just stay here, continue crying-" He winced at his words, "Or not crying- if you want, or whatever works for you, um, but just stay here, and I will be right back, and then we can talk- about anything. Yeah? Okay, just five minutes."
