Marnie walked out of her class, she had a few classes without people she could recognize. She wasn't even that comfortable talking to others because it oddly made her nervous. She stepped out into the hall once everyone had left the classroom, usually Zelda or Briella would meet her for lunch but they didn't seem to be here just yet.

Nervously, Marnie stepped out and stared down the empty hall. She wasn't sure how this high school always managed to look like a horror flick when empty. She turned down the hall just to see a wild animal inside.

"Oh..." Marnie breathes out as it notices her. "Shoot... Briella! Zelda!" She took off down the hallway as it began to chase after her. She continued to yell, hoping that someone would hear her.

"Are you-" Kira began as she heard the yelling, just for Marnie to grab onto her and keep going. Which allowed Kira to see exactly what was happening. "Is that a coyote?"

Marnie didn't say a word as she turned down a hall and rushed into a room. Which happened to be the locker room. She shut her eyes tightly, feeling as Kira held onto her. She peered around the corner only to hear a growl, prompting her to hide again.

The low growling from directly behind the locker. She was so concerned, a little bit more for Kira. This had to have been the coyote that Sierra and Sandy were talking about.

Within a split second, Zelda grabbed onto Marnie and pulled her away as Scott snagged Kira and pushed the row of lockers down.

"Are you okay?" Zelda questions Marnie as the coyote took off out of the locker room.

Marnie ran her fingers through her hair, "Uh... I'm good... I guess. That was... crazy."

Marnie was checked over by Sheriff Stilinski when he got there but as soon as she said she was really okay, he went on about his job. "A couple of students said they saw it running across the field and back into the woods. Thank God, nobody got hurt."

Stiles released a long sigh, "What happens if she does hurt someone."

"Most likely they'll have to put it down."

"Put her down?" Zelda gapes, "Sheriff, there's a girl in there. You'd kill her."

Stiles saw the look on his dad's face and frowned, "Come on, you aren't back to not believing, are you?"

"I believe there are a lot of things I don't understand yet." Sheriff Stilinski states calmly, "But that doesn't mean that everything and anything imaginable is suddenly possible. Now, are you 100% sure that this is a girl and not an animal?"

"Yes. Because Scott is sure." Stiles glanced down the hall at his best friend, before he turned so it didn't look as though he was directly speaking to him in case of bystanders, "Scott, you been listening."

Zelda turned her head to watch Scott nod his head, "All right, let's get this figured out. Come on."

Marnie had still been in the locker room with Sierra, because she refused to leave her after being chased by a coyote.
