Well now, This one won by a landslide. . .

-------------------------------------------------------------

I could feel the excitement of my shadows as I stood on the rooftop, My eyes trained on a building across the street.

I paused to check my mask, Making sure it was in place and secure.

I didn't have enough fabric to make a full mask when I first started so I settled for a half one that covers the top of my face.

It served a double purpose this way, Firstly it hides my identity.

Secondly, I was able to put darkened plastic over the eyes holes that way bright lights won't blind me.

'Are we going to barge in or sneak in?' A calm voice asked quietly in my mind.

I glanced over at the two cat sized dragons perched around me on the roof.

They were long and serpentine yet also well, Cat like.

They, Like the pictures of eastern dragons, Were elegant creatures with long tails and soft sleek fur.

I glanced over at the source of the voice, Eigengrau or Eige for short, My most serious dragon by far.

He, Like his name suggests, Was not solid black.

He looked a lot like the shade of black you'd see in a closed closet.

''They have too many guards and lights to safely barge in. . .'' I muttered, My shaded eyes examining the brightly lit skyscraper.

I stumbled slightly as Tenebrosity jumped up onto my shoulder, His dark and empty eyes glaring at the horrid building.

'We could burn it down, We'd have enough time to get out of here that way' He hissed in my mind, His snake like voice filled with hate.

Tenebrosity, Or Tene, He was. . . Violent to say the least.

My friends and I had all agreed that if anyone showed up dead he was to be the first suspect, The funny thing is, He didn't protest to that idea.

''No Tene, Innocent people could get hurt. . .'' I muttered, My gaze moving to the dark, starless sky.

Still pretty. . . Even if we can't see the stars here. . .

'What if we cut off the power some how?' Eige suggested, His silvery grey eyes studying the building.

''That might just wo-'' I started to say only to hiss quietly as a burning pain seared over my back.

''Wh-Where the hell is Cali?'' I demanded, My eyes clenching closed in pain.

Caliginous was my final dragon, He was not the brightest bulb in the box.

Hell, He wasn't even the brightest bulb in a box of bricks.

'Fucking idiot, Ruining our plans' Tene snarled, Leaping from my shoulder onto the edge of the roof beside me.

I sat down, My back to the edge as I curled in on myself slightly.

My skin felt like I had a sunburn all over myself, Leaving me in agony.

''We gotta knock out the lights before I faint'' I hissed quietly to the two as I pushed myself up.

'I'll find the generator' Eige said before leaping from the building, His sleek body 'swimming' through the air.

Tene moved to stand beside me as I got up with muffled swears, His dark grey tail curling around my leg.
