31. I like you Son ChaeYoung

Mina's POV

It's bedtime but I can't fall asleep. I'm in the balcony, thinking about what Momo said to me earlier. I really should take my time thinking about what my heart wants. I don't want to rush myself into thinking that I like Chae. I want to confirm first and find out whether she is the one I want to be with or not. I still have questions about the conversation she had with Bambam. What did she mean by her ex and Bambam and his parents? I wasn't in my right mind so I couldn't really understand what they said or meant by the words they used. I want to ask-

"Hey." I got cutted off by someone and to my luck it was Chaeyoung. Should I ask her those questions now or some other time?

"Hi." I smiled not too wide. I just can't.

"How are you feeling?" She asked while resting her hands on the balcony.

"Better I guess? I don't know. I'm just thinking about some stuff." She nodded understandingly and continued...

"Mind to share?" She asked. Here it goes. *sigh*

"Actually, I was thinking about you." She furrowed her brows in confusion.

"Me?" She asked for clarification. I nodded and continued...

"I was thinking about what you told Bambam about his parents and um- your..."

"EX?" She finished my sentence since I was hesitating to say it.

"Umm."

"Huh!!" She sighed.

"You don't have to tell me if you don't want to." I quickly said. I guess I'm making her uncomfortable by asking.

"What? I was just preparing myself." She said innocently.

Whaaaaat??!!

"You still want to hear?" I nodded slowly. Chaeyoung said she doesn't like Bambam so I want to know the reason why.

Chaeyoung's POV

"Actually, I was thinking about you," said Mina eonnie.

What?! Me?! Why would she be thinking about me? Maybe I misheard her?

"Me?" I asked confusingly.

I don't want to get my hopes high.

"I was thinking about what you told Bambam...

Right. Of course, it involves Bambam. She is straight Chae just forget about her.

...about his parents and um- your..." She hesitated so I said the next word.

"EX?"

"Umm."

"I guess Momo eonnie told you already about me right?" She furrowed her brows.

"About my ex?" I asked then she nodded.

"So basically, that ex of mine cheated on me with a guy who turns out to be Bambam. She said that her liking girls was just a phase. She realised that she likes boys and not girls and she is straight etc. so she broke up with me. She told Bambam about me and her before she started dating him but when he found out that she broke up with me for him. He left her." I can tell Mina eonnie is fully invested in my story. Is Bambam that interesting? She looks cute though, listening to my story and nodding as if she understood. I can't even complain because she is nothing to me except a friend.
