It was winter. The temperature was freezing and snow was falling. Around noon a couple decided to go out. Get fresh air and take in the beauty.

They were walking down the road to a small path through a forest to a lake. It was a beautiful view.

Somewhere were birds singing. In the snow were small prints if you would follow them you would go through the forest to a field of wheat. Or at least were it actually would be if its not winter

Well the couple walked a bit to get to a bench. Into the bench was a heart caved in. Inside the heart were just the letter W + D caved in. Nothing more or less. But still everyone knew what they meant

"Do you remember when we caved it in there? How you cut your hand?"

"I cut it because you scared me!"

A laugh.

"Remember the summers?"

"You threw me into the water just to find out I have never learned to swim? Yea I dont want to have the same experience again."

"Mmm Do you wanna build a snowman?"

The other turned his head.

"Sure."

Both smiled and then they built.

They gathered the needed materials. They formed the big snow balls and stacked them. They used sticks as nose and arms and also found stones to give the snowman eyes and a smile. And one of them took of his winter hat just to set it on the snowmans head.

They laughed and they started to walk back till

"Wait did you see that?"

"What?"

"There our snowman!"

The other turned around and saw what his lover meant.

A small red box laid in front of the snowman.

He walked back in confusion and opened it.

A ring was in it. Beautiful and expensive.

"Do you wanna marry me?"

The other kneeled down.

Smiling nervous.

"YES!"
