Yoongi feels ruined. His smile is all teeth, his two front teeth too far forward and a little too big, but his smile is so carefree. So precious and large, and his nose wrinkles, and his eyes squint, and Yoongi is absolutely ruined.

Clambering out of his blankets, Jeongguk staggers forwards. Yoongi rushes to meet him, hands reaching out to clasp onto his waist before he even realizes that he is moving.

Jeongguk's body collides into his own, but he barely even moves an inch. Jeongguk's hands cup his face, his lips instantly capturing his own and Yoongi moans into the kiss.

It was honestly a horrible kiss. Teeth knocking together, salvia dripping everywhere in their haste, and Yoongi's hands tugging, pulling, trying to get Jeongguk's body closer until they finally pull apart for air.

"Yoongi," Jeongguk rasps, voice cracking pitifully. " Yoongi."

"It's okay. You're okay. I'm okay," Yoongi breathes, pulling Jeongguk ever tighter so that he could feel all of his heat along his body. "Fuck, you're beautiful. So beautiful. Ruining me, so fucking gorgeous."

A gasp fled Jeongguk's mouth, head tilting back as his amber eyes caught Yoongi's, searching. Yoongi stares back, peering into the rich color, and Jeongguk's face crumbles. "You can see me. You can see me."

Yoongi felt the air in his lungs concave, grasping to expand.

"Yeah. Yeah, darling."

It was enough. Tears fell from Jeongguk's lashes, a muffled cry barely audible as Jeongguk touches Yoongi's face. His fingers trace the curve of his cheek, and Yoongi kisses the palm of his hand.

Sniffling, Jeongguk nuzzles his cheek desperately, and Yoongi's nose brushes the spot where his scent is the strongest.

A snarl tears through Yoongi's throat, mouth opening as he latches his lips around the spot. Jeongguk moans lows, eyes fluttering closed as he grapples at Yoongi's white shirt, legs buckling beneath him.

He would have hit the floor if Yoongi hadn't tightened his hold around the Omega's waist. He didn't like the fact he couldn't smell himself on Jeongguk. His scent needed more. He needed to put his scent there.

He needed it right now.

Working roughly, Yoongi continued to rub, lick, nibble, and graze his teeth over the spot until the Omega's scent was so thick and heavy in the air Yoongi could literally feel it coating his tongue, taste the morning dew in the back of his throat.

His own scent clashed perfectly; honeysuckle mixing perfectly with the morning dew, and crisp rain tangled among succulent pine.

Jeongguk was limp in his arms, head tilted back and eyes closed in complete submission as he let Yoongi continue to rub their glands together until he finally was able to pull himself out of the haze his mind had fallen into.

Pulling away, Yoongi whimpers. "I'm sorry. I'm so fucking sorry, Jeongguk."

Blinking to clear the haze, Jeongguk manages to find his feet and hoist himself up, but Yoongi's hand doesn't leave his waist.

Licking his lips, Jeongguk tangles his fingers within Yoongi's silver hair. "Sorry? Yoongi, why are you sorry?"

"I don't- I don't know," he whispers brokenly. "Everything, I think." Yoongi sees the frown bloom over Jeongguk's features, the way his brow furrows into a line. He swallows thickly as he rests his forehead over his shoulder. "I didn't run. I couldn't leave you behind. I knew that if I did then- then I wouldn't see you again. I'm sorry for- for I don't know? Being fucking stupid and shit - Jeongguk- I don't even know what I am sorry for."

Jeongguk worries on his bottom lip, eyes softening. He seems to understand the internal war that was raging inside since he leans over and brushes his nose over Yoongi's cheek.

Yoongi's breath catches at the action, so familiar and safe. His muscles loosen of their own accord.

"Thank you," Jeongguk finally whispers, sighing. "For not running. You saved my life again. I can't really be angry for you trying to save me, even if I was angry at you for almost dying."

Yoongi snorts before he could stop himself, and Jeongguk smiles faintly. His fingers tighten at the collar of Yoongi's shirt, the action small, but he tightened his hold around Jeongguk protectively.

"You smell... you smell so nice," Yoongi murmurs, inhaling deeply at the pine and morning dew.

Jeongguk chuckles weakly. "It's because I am an Omega. We are supposed to smell good."

Yoongi falls silent, breathing in the scent of him, and realizes distantly just how different he feels. The way he can smell Jeongguk; the content that the Omega feels, and the mouse that lives under his house. The fact that Namjoon's boots had rabbit shit on the bottom, now caking the porch steps.

He can hear Seokjin inside, the gentle melody of his voice as he spoke in urgent, fast tones, and Namjoon's soft cries and airy questions, laced with confusion.

Squeezing his eyes shut, Yoongi feels a tear fall from his cheek. "I'm really a Lycan now, aren't I?"

"Yes." Jeongguk pulls himself away, searching Yoongi's features as his thumb brushes the tear away. "You are."

Yoongi exhales heavily.

"Oh."

It felt a lot more real now. As if the Omega had purely stated them and therefore became engraved in a solid gold lettering.

In a way, he could feel the fact he was a Lycan. It was this... feeling. Something buried deep within his body, moving. Breathing. It was untameable. Wild. He couldn't really describe it. It was just there, lingering.

Jeongguk cocks his head, mouth ticked. "Is that... okay?"

Was it?

"Yeah. Yeah, it's okay," Yoongi says. "I just- I always thought that Lycan's were magic. These amazing, beautiful, completely wild creatures. Something- majestic. Untouchable. I admired you. I craved to be like you, sometimes." He screws up his face, smacking his lips to add moisture, find the right words. "Watching you play- with the others. I just- I felt this desire to join you. Fool around as if I had four legs too. Or just- just to be a wolf. I wanted it. I wanted it so fucking bad sometimes, that I could feel my own heart breaking."

"But?" Jeongguk questions after a drawn out beat of silence.

Yoongi's eyes fluttered. "But... I never actually- I never really thought about it. How to be a wolf. I don't know how to be one. I don't know about Alpha and Omega's, or how to make a good Alpha, or- or how to be a mate. I don't know any of it."

"I didn't know how to be human, Yoongi," Jeongguk reminds him calmly. "I still don't sometimes, honestly." He chuckles, sighing. "It's okay. That you don't know. You already were a good enough wolf when you were human. Now you just- you just have the wolven scent and form to make it easier."

Yoongi kisses him. Nothing more than a gentle press of their lips, wanting to feel the familiar way Jeongguk tilts his head down so that the older man has easier access to his mouth, and his hands flutter over his shape.

"And you're okay? With me being a Lycan now?" Yoongi questions, just needing to know. To make sure.

Jeongguk smiles. "More than okay. I don't even care if you turn into a mountain cat rather than a wolf. You will always be my Alpha. My Yoongi."

Rolling his eyes, Yoongi kisses him again. Relishing the feeling of him. He was so selfish. He wants him the whole. He wants him in his head. In his bed. He wanted his hands all over his thighs. Giving him his tightest grip. He wants to exhale all of his loneliness and sadness into him. He wanted him. He wanted him.

"I bet you're a beautiful wolf, Yoongi. So pretty."

"Tell me how," Yoongi growls, pulling away so he can meet amber eyes. Jeongguk's eyes widened slightly. "Tell me how to- to become a wolf. I need to- I need to just- I need to."

Understanding glints in Jeongguk's gaze. He smiles warmly, nodding his head as he steps back, just a single solitary step. "Okay. Okay, Yoongi. It's not- just close your eyes. Don't overthink it. Your body already knows how to be a wolf. You don't have to think about it."
