112. Happy ending

"Is that all I get? I need more information," Zemo said, trying to lure out more from you.

Oh, you were so not gonna share that with him. You didn't know if that person wanted to join or what they were doing with their life right now. If she happened to not want to take part, there was no need to worry Zemo. You and Zemo had maybe not seen each other for a while, but you hadn't forgotten how much of a drama queen he could be, even if he didn't like to admit that himself. You shook your head.

"Nope, it's more exciting for me this way," you said with a teasing smile. Zemo formed his mouth as an 'o' acting surprised at your comment.

"Okay, an easier one. What do you think about the fact that right now we are the hottest couple on the planet," Zemo teased back. He knew exactly how you would react to his comment. Your cheeks immediately turned a little bit red, before you dared to backfire.

You took one step in front of him and reached for his belt closing the gap between the two of you. You then let one hand stay on the belt as you placed the other hand on his shoulder. You leaned your face into his neck so he could simply feel your breath on his skin. You softly placed your lips against his neck smiling, giving him the teasing feeling before you sucked his skin, making love bites. You could feel Zemo's body react immediately to your touch. It was like shivers got sent through his body. You even caught him making a low cozy moan. Guess both of you missed each other's touch. You took your head back a few centimeters and looked down at the hickeys proudly before you looked up at Zemo with a smirk.

"I think we better make it official soon," you whispered teasingly back

Gosh, he had missed moments like this. The things he was willing to do to see you like this, smiling and having fun. You were adorable and so fucking sexy. It was truly no words on this planet that could give you justice, and that came from somebody who had a silver tongue. It was just something about you that made him speechless. You had just as much power over him as he had over you, and he loved that. Nobody was under the other, you were equal. It was even better than the two of you had the ability to make fun of each other. He laid his hands on your cheeks, holding your head in his hands.

He could truly say that he had never been more in love before than now that he was here with you. You made him feel things that he had never felt before. It was the same old Zemo, but you had woken up a new side in him that he didn't know he had. The only serious relationship he had been in before was with his dead wife, and honestly, that relationship at its easy long before they were gone. While they were together his wife struggled with the work Zemo was doing. It wasn't like Zemo suddenly turned into doing what was considered 'high risk' villainous activities the second Sokovia dropped, that just pushed him over the edge of what was within reason. He didn't need to worry about what you thought about him when it came to those things, cause you understood him. You could be there for him and push him back on the track if he ever went over the line, but you would also never judge him for it. He knew he could be himself, and you loved him for it. He looked deep into your eyes with a smile on his lips.

"So what's next for us?" He whispered against your lips. You leaned in, softly kissing his perfect lips before you looked up at him.

"Our happy ending," you smiled.
