This was it for you. If that information leaked out, you were done. Everything you had built up would be taken from you. Not only would governments all across the world be after you from the crimes you had done in the past, but also every enemy you had fought and put in prison would be at your back. It was no turning back from that. Sam knew that, everyone knew that. You looked up at Karli and took two steps closer to her.

"Karli, you don't know who you are messing with. Please listen to me when I tell you to not put that out there" you said to her with a serious tone. You could hear everyone's breathing in your ear, everyone nervous for what cards Karli was throwing at us.

"You are only afraid of the truth about yourself... The many innocent lives you took...The people you have been working with... Hydra...The Hand...It's a miracle you were able to work for S.H.I.E.L.D after that, but then again, you worked for Stark... A man who built a regime on finalizing war" she said and stepped closer to you. You could hear the boys on the ear getting angry, so you took out the earpiece and threw it away.

"Yes, I did all of that and I did it with excellence. Do you know why? Because my father taught me," You knew you were short on time, but you were gonna use every second you could until Walker was here. You smiled weakly, not taking your eyes away from Karli at any moment. "If my father contacted you he will not hesitate to kill you on the spot, the second you obey to his request" you continued. The two of you had only 30 cm between each other at this point.

"You are dealing with an extremist" you told her with no hesitation.

"Well, that's what you are calling us anyway" she said.

"Karli, we don'.." more couldn't you say before Sam pulled your arm, dragging you back.

"They are tricking Walker into their location we gotta go" Sam said desperately.

You knew exactly what that meant, but your body wouldn't leave this place. Helping Walker was the last thing you wanted to do, which meant that it was really the thing that you had to do. You tried to remind yourself of the words Bucky just had told you, that you could be a leader. Leaders could often not do what they personally wanted to, they were selfless not selfish. You closed your eyes for a second and gave him a nod. He immediately jumped down, where Bucky and Zemo already had run out. The Flag Smashers going straight to combat with them. You looked over at Karli before you punched her so hard that she hit the wall. She was maybe stronger than you, but you had much experience with super soldiers.

"I'll send you the location, run!" Sam ordered Bucky and Zemo before he flew away. You knew that Zemo as much as he trained in the military couldn't run as fast as Bucky. When he reached the door, you simply lifted him up from the ground as well as yourself. He looked confused down as the distance between the ground and him grew.

"Zemo, I need the location!" you yelled at him to get his attention. You were now over the buildings, waiting for him. He looked over at you shocked before he collected himself enough to tell you the location. You immediately flew to the area. You broke the glass window before you threw the both of you inside of the window, by mistake Zemo landed on his stomach. You looked down at him and gave him your hand. He took it and stood up. "We are never doing that again," he said and brushed off dust on his pants. You rolled your eyes at him, "Never say never" you said as you started to walk out from the room you were in.

You walked to the stairs and looked down all the floors. The boys were already in the building, running wild searching for John and Lamar. You stood still and closed your eyes. You could feel the field changing. Zemo now just stood beside you staring at you. He knew not to ask questions when you were doing your 'magic tricks' as he liked to call them, but right now he was more nervous for you than anyone else in the building. He didn't care anymore about Karli or John, he understood that the information Karli just had given you, would end you.

"Y/n, I know you don't want me to talk, but what Ka.." he started

"Shut up, they are..." you interrupted him, but before you could finish that sentence, one of Karli's people came flying out the glass door with Walker right behind. Sam had finally also turned up standing beneath them. All eyes were on Walker when he broke the metal and threw the guy against the wall. "He has taken the serum" Zemo mumbled and you gave him a short nod.

"What'd you do?" Sam asked like an idiot, it was no doubt that Walker had taken the serum.

"They've got Lemar" Walker said as Sam followed him blindly. You closed your eyes again. Something was wrong. You could feel Bucky fighting at the middle ground, Sam and Walker were at the top, but that wasn't the same room as Lemar. You focused and finally found it. You pinched Zemo in the arm before you immediately ran to the top floor into the room where Lemar was. Only two rooms away from where the boys fought. Zemo followed you the whole time.

"Lemar lay still. We are here. Are you okay?" you said and got down on your knees. He seemed to have gotten beaten down pretty bad, but was still luckily breathing. Zemo got down beside you and pulled out his knife to cut up the zips Lemar was bound up to.

"I'm shaken but good, where are the rest?" Lemar said when he got his hands untied. You stood up and pointed to the right, "Follow me" you said as the three of you ran immediately towards the others. When you entered the room everyone was fighting each other. You looked up at Zemo.

"I'm gonna do something you're gonna hate me for" you said and looked down at his gun. You altered it and melted it, making it impossible for him to use. He looked at you like he had seen a ghost. This room was full of super soldiers and you thought he could just 'knock' his way out of this? Had you gone fully mad? It was first when you were reaching for your batons he understood what you were about to do.

"Here, be careful, these are the closest I'll ever come to owning babies" you warned him. He had no problem believing that, so when he first got them in his hands he tightened the grip. Karli was now going at it at Walker and as much as you would like to see the man down, you knew what you had to do. You ran towards her, altering her and threw her against the wall. this was your time to talk.

"You didn't hear me out Karli" You yelled walking towards her. "It's nothing to speak about" she yelled back. You altered a metal rod and held it against her throat. You walked so close that you could almost feel her breath.

"I need to know how and why my father contacted you," you said. A smirk started to curl up on her lips.

"You know that I'm not gonna tell you that" she said struggling to breath as you tighten the metal around her throat.

Your father never did anything without wanting something back. Karli was simply a chess piece for your father. He didn't care about her, but for some reason he wanted something that she could offer. You couldn't help but think that the 'something' was you and when you thought about it, it totally made sense. Erik didn't want anything to do with you after you stopped using your powers and now all of a sudden he was connected to your mission.

You were about to ask a question when Walker threw his shield towards Karli. You quickly let her loose and altered the shield, stopping it in the middle of the air. He looked down at you in rage before he ran over to you. You were not his enemy in this room, but he still came for you. You immediately went into hand to hand combat with him, you had no plans to hurt him, but he clearly wanted to hurt you. He had the advantage of being much taller than you and a super soldier, so you had no chance against him like this. You ended up taking the hits, only begging that he would stop and snap out of his rage.

You fell down to the floor, out of breath as he walked over to you, with his shield ready to end you and for a minute you felt ready to say goodbye. You were done fighting, no matter what you did or say, the past would always come back to haunt you. If this was the only way for you to get some peace, maybe it wouldn't be so bad. Your father was for sure not gonna visit you down in hell for a while. A tear fell down your cheek as you closed your eyes. This was it.

"Your father wants you alive" Karli yelled and jumped on Walker
