Unlucky Quarantine

Tokyo Olympics, the day Suna has been training for his whole entire life. It was a waste of potential and talent really. Everyone was excited for him and was so proud that he was chosen to play volleyball for the japan team. He felt really honoured.

Right before the day of the Olympics, he got a goodbye hug from Risako and Osamu and left Osaka. Upon arriving at the airport, he did a COVID test, ah, unluckily he would be sent home right after that.

Positive...

It was a waste of potential really. One of the best middle blockers wouldn't be playing. What a tragedy.

"Papa?"

"Yes Risa?"
Osamu looked at her.

"Why did mama come home?"

Osamu sighed and patted her head.
"Mama got tested positive for covid and can't play in the Olympics..."

"Isn't mama vaccinated?"
Risako asks again.

"Maybe mama got unlucky."

"Will we still see uncle Atsumu on TV?"

"Mhm"
Osamu gave Risako another kiss on the forehead before calling Rintarou who was in the hospital when he could be playing volleyball.
