They were all running from port to starboard thinking that there was something in the sea because of what Jack had said, but then, when the ship was rocking hard enough, Pintel understood Jack's purpose.
Pintel: He's rocking the ship.
Barbossa did not understand why Jack wanted to rock the ship, but hearing Pintel's words, he saw the Navigational Charts with the fitted pieces that Jack had left and could understand what he intended to do and why, so he began to give orders to be able to return to the world of the living. After giving the order on deck, he went down to the cellar to order those below to lose the cannons and cargo to more easily turn the ship.
Everyone kept rocking the ship, until after so much running, the ship gave way and began to turn.
Jack: Now up... is down.
The ship was upside down and the crew was trying to hold on underwater, until soon there was a green flash in the sky and the water began to fall. When they finally found themselves aboard the ship out of the water, they saw that instead of sunset it was sunrise.

They were all coughing and spitting up water from the amount of time they had been underwater and Ruby felt uncomfortable being wet and not being able to use her power.
Ruby: (Angrily to Barbossa) At times like this, the Five Pieces of Sapphire would come in handy! Don't you think, Barbossa?! Barbossa:(Acting like he doesn't know) I don't know what you're talking about! Ruby: (Angry)Give me back the missing sapphire, can you?! Barbossa: I repeat! I don't know what you're talking about! Ruby: Give me back the sapphire you stole Jack at Isla de Muerta! TiaDalma: (Aproaches to Ruby) There is no case. He's not going to give it back to you that easily. Ruby: (Sighs angrily)
Everyone else was more relieved and happy to be back, but Barbossa, with all his anger and thirst for revenge, drew his gun and pointed it at Jack. Elizabeth, Will, and Gibbs reacted by pointing guns at Barbossa. Then they began to point at each other, forming a circle in which each one pointed with each hand at two other pirates. Ruby was still sitting right in the center of the circle and still angry, she tried to calm the anger of all the pirates who formed that circle.
Ruby: (Sitting on the floor in the middle of everyone) I would join you with my fire... (Angrily looking at Barbossa) ...But I'm wet!
Right after Ruby spoke, everyone calmed down, they started laughing and lowering their guns, but bored with laughter, Barbossa raised his guns again and the others repeated that action. Then, the one who had started that conflict, Hector Barbossa, wanted to draw the attention of those involved.
