《Arriving at Whitecap Bay》
Pike: (From the crow's nest) Land ahoy!
Anne: (Seeing the island they were approaching) Whitecap Bay.
Scrum: (To Ruby) Are you sure about this trip, Captain? Those beautiful sea monsters don't give me a good feeling.
Ruby: I know what I'm doing, Master Scrum.

Ruby from the helm called her entire crew to make an important announcement. In less than a minute of her call, most of the pirates were already there to listen to their captain.

Ruby: (Giving the order to every pirate from the side of the helm) All hands on deck! I have important things to communicate!
Piratas: Aye aye captain!

《With most of the pirates on deck》
Ruby: (To the crew) I imagine you know perfectly well where we are. You could say that this is not a very friendly place for pirates or for any man in general. That's why I have several things to say and instructions to give! First... you know that on this island, for obvious reasons, there is no place for large ships to dock, so as soon as I finish saying everything I have to say, you are going to go and anchor the ship!
Bollard: I can take care of that, Captain!
Ruby: Perfect! There you ask for help from whoever you need!
Bollard: Aye aye Captain!
Ruby: Second! I know that this is a dangerous island, and we are a big crew! But we're going to be few people! Besides me, I need five women to board a boat with me to get closer to land!
Johari: I'm gonna go!
Ruby: As a loyal first mate, I'm gonna trust in your company, Johari!
Anamaria: I'm in!

Sadie: Can I go?
Ruby: Of course! Another two?!
Anne: I'm going!
Ruby: Can I trust in your strength, Anne?!
Anne: Of course you can. I won't let anything let me fall!
Ruby: I hope so. One last woman to go with me to the island?!
Grace: (Raises her hand)
Ruby: (Seeing the pirate raising her hand) Grace?
Grace: (Nods)
Ruby: Perfect! While the six of us approach the island in the boat, I need the others to take care of the ship! Some should clean, others should tidy, others should check that the sails, moorings and cannons are in good working order, and some should go to the galley! Any questions?!
Marty: How long are you six going to be on the island? How long will it take you to get back?!
Ruby: That depends on a number of factors. It could be from twenty-four hours to three days. But it will not be more than a week.
Jack: (Speaking professionally) I've also got a question!
Ruby: Aye?
Jack: Why are only women going? I would like to go too!
Ruby: Whitecap Bay is an island known to be inhabited by mermaids. Everyone knows about the number of men who have been lost because of these beautiful creatures! Mesmerized by their voices and beauty!
Jack: I have already been to the coast of this island and have interacted with mermaids.
Ruby: I don't want to risk losing anyone, Jack! Any time now, a man could easily fall in love with a mermaid!
Gibbs: (Getting into the conversation) And what about Anne?
Anne: (Looks feeling offended)
Ruby: Who gave you the word, Master Gibbs?
Gibbs: I just want to make sure I get a concrete answer!
Ruby: I trust in the strength, courage and will of the girls who will go with me. Besides, Anne is the strongest woman on board this ship. I know how much she has been through and how much she can continue to fight!
Anne: (Nods)
Ruby: And even if it weren't so, if I say so, it has to be done. I am the captain of the Lotus Flower. Here, the orders are mainly given by me.
Gibbs: (With the calmest tone of voice) I'm sorry cap'n.
Ruby: Any other questions?! (After no one responded) Perfect! Now! Master Bollard! Anchors! Master Gibbs! I'm going to ask you to lower the boat for me and the girls!
Gibbs: I'm going right now.
Bollard: I'm gonna need help!
