For how much Five pride himself that he was the smartest out of his siblings when it comes to his well-being he tends to be stupid. After all of them had returned back in an Apocalypse free 2019 Five started to get a lot of headaches. He brushed them away thinking that it was the lack of sleep or the stress.
"Five. You alright little buddy?"Klaus asked him a few days ago. They were only him and Five home. Well, Ben too. Five was leaning against the counter, his coffee abandoned and he was rubbing his head.
"Yeah. Just a headache"
"You had this every day since we come back from the 60s. Maybe we should go to the hospital to have you checked out" Klaus said as he chewed his lower lip worriedly.
"No", Five exploded which sent another wave of pain in his head, making him wince. "No hospital"Five doesn't want to go. Doesn't even want to think about doctors looking and prodding at him, after his experience with them at the Commison.
Unfortunately, Klaus wasn't the only one who started to get worried and tried to convince him to go to the hospital. One night Five had woke up after midnight with a terrible headache. He grabbed his head with a groan and he got out of the bed and he walked downstairs. There was light from the kitchen but he ignored it as he made his way toward the infirmary.
Once there he grabbed some painkillers and swallowed them dry. Hopefully, it would make his headache go. Walking out from the infirmary he was met by Diego, who walked out from the kitchen.
"Finished with your stupid vigilante shit?"Five asked him.
"Yes. Why you were in the infirmary? Are you hurt?"Diego asked him worriedly.
"I'm fine"
"Five. We had this discussion before. Don't hide anything from us anymore"
Five sighed. "It's nothing. Just a headache. Its nothing"
Diego frowned. Klaus had told them all about Five getting headaches every day. "Maybe we should go to the doctor"
"No," Five said and he blinked away before his brother could say anything else.
He had the same discussion with Luther as well when he had found him drinking in the morning. "Alcohol would make your headache worse than better", he had warned him. But Five ignored him. "Have you thought about going to the doctor?" Immediately he said that Five abandoned the alcohol and he walked away. Well, at least he made him stop.
Allison had asked him too if he wanted to go to the doctor when she saw him stopping from reading to rub his forehead. Five ignored her and he grabbed his book and he blinked away in his room, leaving his worried sister behind.

A couple of weeks later, his headaches hadn't diapered. They actually become bad and bad each day and the painkillers barely helped. Five woke up with a gasp of pain and he stood up as he grabbed his head with his hands. He clenched his teeth and he could feel tears pricking at the corner of his eyes from the pain. He opened the bedside lamp and he grabbed the pills that he was keeping on the nightstand so he would not need to go to the infirmary all the time.
But after he realized that the painkillers aren't helping anymore and the headache is still there, he realized that he should finally seek help. He got out of the bed and he stumbled out of the room. He walked into the first room he see, which is Viktor's. He feel bad about waking his brother but he was in so much pain.
"Viktor. Viktor"Five said as he shook him by his arm. And God, he feels like a kid that wakes his parents when he has a nightmare or is sick.
Viktor groaned as he opened his eyes. He was pretty annoyed that he had been woken up. But when he noticed that the person that woke him up was his little brother, who looked in pain, his annoyance turned into worry. "Five. What's wrong?"
